    Before 5 days I tweeted for @airtelindia to give a postpaid plan. Vodafone has called me 2 times but didn't rvce a single call from airtel & company says No.1 to itself in service provider. LOL

    @airtelindia My internet is not working from almost 24 hours and when ever i tried to call customer care always get SR number. My current SR no is 134868682 and my call is not directed to any executive. I have so much work to do and without internet it's impossible.

    It pains me to Reiterate that your team is immoral, insensitive & congenial liar @Airtel_Presence . Mgr Mannika & ex. Mukul assured resolution but since 2 months they hv vanished, all DMs ignored, no call back till date. Stop taking customers for granted. Call asap @airtelindia
