    Hw to resolve customer issues?? Just call them after the tweet, route them to use DM. Then through their real problems to dustbin and 24X7 ad everywhere about how wonderful ur service is. @JioCare please suggest r u interested to take a 15yr long @airtelindia postpaid client.

    @airtelindia I had opted for Airtel fibre. Even paid the advance payment of 3 months. Waiting for it since past 20 days. Your folks are saying the slots in the nearest box is full. you must look into it. Request for a new box. A lot of folks in my area waiting for this. #Bad
