    How is it the customers responsibility to track employees of your company when we have problems. The excutive was very irresponsible and didn't show interest. He also claims he has raised a complaint in the system. I don't think he has done that. @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence This is in regards to my complaint raised on 10th Sep. 2021. Today suddenlt @airtelindia closes the complaint raised without even confirming with the customer that issue has been solved or not.

    @airtelindia My parents had issued a new airtel connection beginning of this month and today the internet was down since morning. My parents made multiple complaints and then they send a excutive to fix. He came over and saw what was wrong l. 1/n

    @airtelindia From more than three days. No internet in xstream broadband, service request opened on 14 sep, but there is not even single call received from engineer. I am an employee of one of the private and unable to work from home from last three days due to this worst service they provide

    @excitel_rocks Got a fiber connction 4m u guys. It sucks. I was charged INR5400 4 it, with INR 3000 as security. Was today informed that only INR 2000 is refundable, INR 1000 is 'fiber charges'. @airtelindia , bhai, dm me for my number so that we can talk about a new connection.
