    @airtelindia My internet data half over in my post paid number, then internet speed goes very slow. Are you deceiving customers by reducing the speed of internet in Postpaid also. My service request number is 31-4470291473168, even posting this issue takes very long

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Trying to contact on the registered customer care number but it says Invalid. Looks like Airtel doesn't want to listen to customers grievance even though you are Airtel Black customer. Expecting a call back once this reaches them...

    @airtelindia Network goes completely down during power cuts at my location (Dakhin Parsa, Bihar 841220). Tower is within 200m but has no power backup for 2+ years. Please fix urgently or I will escalate to TRAI.

    @Airtel_Presence The worst customer support, it's been more then a month and @Airtel_Presence is still working on the issue. Ig, it's a big process to reactivate or reissue a sim in prepaid. No replies now, no proper communication. Nothing. @airtelindia is it your customer support system?

    @gayatri008_16 @airtelindia The thing is they can raise plans and can disconnect sim in just 1 day ,but if there are no proper service then we can't even complain , @TRAI If operators can do it,why not end user who pays plans if not able to utilise the data then operator should refund it to user

    Currently, I am unable to use this number as @ViCustomerCare has disconnected services, and @airtelindia is unable to complete porting due to the alleged pending dues. This is leaving me without service for the last 3 days.
