I have done the recharge on 12th November 2020 recharge price 558 From Airtel app using net banking when I was contacting to Airtel customer care they telling that you will get the refund in 10 days but I didn't get any amount till now. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtel_care

@airtelindia Due to some glitch in airtel thanks app, recharge was wrongly done in different number, and on complaining I received a message that issue is now resolved Now app is working perfectly but what about the wrong recharge. No resolution given by airtel customer service

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Travelling from last 3 days, and not able to use my Airtel Fastag even when I have balance in my account, what a Pathetic product service. Best part is no direct customer care for the same, an inappropriate IVR is best to create headache.
