We regret to inform you that your area is currently not feasible. Therefore, we will be closing the request raised by you. For additional assistance, please contact us at 121. It is strange that Airtel is not able to provide Services of Wi-Fi and DTH at Alipore, Kolkata. Airtel need to work on putting up optics fibre or Booster to make connectivity and services available.

This has been a frustrating experience for an existing Airtel Black customer. Request @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence to please look into this and resolve it urgently.

For installation request received back to back calls to sell your service but wrt suppor when there's an internet disruption that too within a week, pathetic. Still 48 hrs and counting!
