If phone has Airtel App - and one open BHIM, immediately network drops and as soon as you close BHIM app, network resumes. I have tried this 15-20 times, in different places and same outcome.

I use around 10 GB of data every day, topping up whenever I run out. - Your payment bank is even shittier.
