  I raised an Airtel Broadband shifting request on 22 July (Request ID: 10999881612) with the scheduled shifting date of 23 July. The request is still pending with no update. Today, I called customer care to check the status, but I was kept on hold for several minutes @airtelindia

  It's 7:15pm. Airtel's outrageous service hasn't been able to fix the outage even though they promised it will be fixed by 6pm. Now they are saying their backend team will get back to me around 11am tomorrow. I had lodged the complain on 23/7 at 11:30am! @airtelindia shameful.

  I'm really disappointed with the network service from @airtelindia. I'm on a 200 Mbps plan and pay ₹1,000 every month, yet I still don't get a reliable connection. I experience ping spikes while playing Valorant and sometimes can't even watch YouTube without interruptions.

  1st experience with @airtelindia & it’s already terrible. Paid customer. Technician sent without an appointment. Executive spoke rudely coz I couldn’t provide an OTP while driving, then hung up on me when I called out his behaviour.

  Dear @airtelindia My prepaid number was accidentally converted to postpaid. I reported the issue within 10 minutes, but I am still being told that my remaining 76 days of prepaid validity (recharged on 15 July) cannot be restored.This is unfair because the conversion was genuine

  Also tried to connect with the helpline 121 and other number as well but didn't get any update on that as well also the guy with whom I've purchased the plan is also not taking my phone. @airtelindia kindly help into this matter.
