    @airtelindia i m really disappointed with your services i was usimg your network since 8 yrs but last 7 days was horrible and consider kne of the worst network of INDIA. Really disgusting network it is and really wanna change network.

    Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have tried to remove the dth connection that was paired with my wifi, the service just shows suspended, I want it to be completely removed and the dth device picked up.I have tried reaching to the customer care, but no human is in the loop, help

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. Signal loss. 2.4GHz near router. Slow 5GHz switch — 5GHz slow too. WiFi calling drops mid-call, no audio. Engineer visited — outsource box overloaded. Not my problem. ₹500 for this? Since last year. Zero fix. Ahomgaon, Guwahati. #AirtelGuwahati

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia worst service for fiber installation. Even if after doing initial payment no one is coming for installation and no response from distributor as well. Airtel appellate officer also not taking any responsibility.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia an airtel store gave false info. when I gather info and told them to not change postpaid they replied my sim will not be converted into postpaid as there is document issue and payment will be refunded but they changed my sim prepaid to postpaid.

    @SandeepParekh @airtelindia FYI... very hard it can be. Based on true experiences across service providers. Some internal id liking needs to happen, not just mobile number to new SIM... that comes down to internal system data base update and refresh rate. Worst case it can go to 15 days.

    @airtelindia @FibreAirtel It's a really pathetic service for Shifting wifi just for one building to another building within the same society ... Airtel Service is really bad.

    @airtelindia this is extremely disappointing service. I purchased the ₹39 3GB/day data pack but not received the data benefits. After that, I recharged again with the ₹49 unlimited pack and now even the internet is not working properly. Money deducted but service not provided

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Trying to transfer my Airtel eSIM from old phone to new phone but getting zero proper support. Chat support is only AI replies & customer care has no option to talk to a human advisor. Please help ASAP.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence Airtel’s customer care is a complete joke. An issue with internet was raised 4 days ago. Resolution was promised in 24hours, then additional 24 hrs then another 24 hrs ultimately they marked my ticket complete without even a hint.
