@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I had registered for AirtelBlack connection, due to the feasibility issues installation team asked me to cancel the request, I did through customer care. Still I didn't get refund of what I paid. Sent mail, called customer care no response. Pls chk.

@airtelindia Its been 5 days now and my internet is not working. Your agents and supervisors and escalation team is not bothered about it. Your technicians are rude and rejected to fix my issue. They voluntarily disconnected my connection. I need my money back.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It’s been 3,4 days since I have complained regarding my last recharge invoice which is not available to download via airtel thanks app. I have also mailed the same issue but no reply yet. There is no option to connect customer care via IVR.

Each time they come with a story and bring a used Modem. I was never given a new modem even during new installation. Please refund my money . I feel like i'm being cheated by @airtelindia and by rude behaviour of your technicians
