@airtelindia Poor Customer Service! No one wants to help. You have no resolution even when you make the mistake. Last Sunday there was Broadband outage, had to use mobile data when asked to offer some mobile data as compensation your team keeps transferring around. Pathetic!!

@DoT_India We have been raising about this issue since months. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence is misleading people with fake claims of superior network & so many then do MNP to switch to airtel. But later the reality is completely different. We are in Urban Gurgaon & condition here is worse
