  @airtelindia Airtel India service request 132934382 closed 3 times without any action taken..no one reached out to me yet. on enquiring technician, they closed the ticket mentioning there was no issues and modem was off. seriously, do customer so dumb to not know if modem is off?

  Suddenly my airtel number stopped SMS services. Contacted customer care & they tell recharge with higher amount. Done that still same problem. @airtelindia is running a #SCAM. Pathetic experience. Highly not recommended.

  Just replying, please check your credentials, May I have one doubt is there any other options for logging into an app. Now I have been moved into @airtelindia to @reliancejio for the worst #safepay option. Looks like it's a fraud and baseless security option. @Airtel_Presence
