@Airtel_Presence More than 15hrs I facing network issue in Airtel postpaid (799 plan). I complained two times in call center still no action have been taken. so l decided to switch to JIO post paid.@airtelindia Note: i am using 4yr of post paid customer.

@airtelindia please look into Internet services. It has gone bad and consumers now have no access to direct talking with customer care. I made a complaint yesterday and I got a message that it will take 15 days to correct the problem.

@airtelindia is providing hell services in fiber they are charging amount quarterly and keep it off for half and always disconnect at night. Due to this its hampering my work and i amfiling a complaint in consumer court who all are facing issue in fiber or network can share here

@airtelindia no broadband in Greater Noida Sigma 2 and no fiber provision. The personal hotspot service and 4G data plan are not working. Cannot talk to customer care. You have done away with the option.
