    @Airtel_Presence More than 15hrs I facing network issue in Airtel postpaid (799 plan). I complained two times in call center still no action have been taken. so l decided to switch to JIO post paid.@airtelindia Note: i am using 4yr of post paid customer.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Our broadband has not been working since 31Mar. SR10157820774 was closed without resolution on 3Apr. Registered a new one SR10159949471 on 4Apr but it got closed again on 6Apr. We have not received even a single call from ur side. Pls fix it urgently

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Hi Team, I have made payment of 1499 instalation/activation charges on 30th March 2023. I have not received any receipt for same. Also already have a word with 121 customer care for same but no solution.

    @airtelindia My airtel xstream fibre connection can’t be relocated to my new location! Your customer service is incompetent and the local Airtel stores are not helpful at all .

    I decided to port my number from @airtelindia to @reliancejio due to extremely poor service provide by @airtelindia, When I got new SIM from Jio the next day I got call from so called Jio service center, My port request is incorrect so send CANCEL msg on 1900 to port it correctly

    Pathetic service by @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia took money from me for fiber installation by promising 24 hrs installation it's been 3 days no one has shown up for installation and no one even responding have raised cancelation and refund request that too not fulfilled.
