@Airtel_Presence More than 15hrs I facing network issue in Airtel postpaid (799 plan). I complained two times in call center still no action have been taken. so l decided to switch to JIO post paid.@airtelindia Note: i am using 4yr of post paid customer.

@airtelindia , guys why have you blocked @Facebook for your broadband customers? We use @Facebook for our business and it is crazy not to use it over your broadband or fiber connection. You are forcing us to use another broadband service provider.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence can you please explain why sms service is discontinued on small recharge plans of 79?? Couldn't get it. Ultimately for a single sms I have to recharge 149 or above?? So ridiculous 😡😡😡
