    @ShankarGora @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Change it . It happened with me. They sent bill with increased amount. I complained then they I have changed the plan. Other guy says that old plan has been dropped. I am upgraded with new plan. Airtel started cheating customers. Providing worst service.

    @airtelindia horrible service provided by airtel in bihar (bhagalpur region) .everytime some tries to contact me they get FALSE RINGS..and there is no notification as well. I LOST SO MANY JOB OFFERS as my recruiters are unable to reach me out..u shuld be ashamed.

    @airtelindia @sunilmittal @airtelindia I have been charged twice for 999 plan and you say that you get a priority customer service at Airtel black. That's rubbish. Dubious.
