    @Airtel_Presence More than 15hrs I facing network issue in Airtel postpaid (799 plan). I complained two times in call center still no action have been taken. so l decided to switch to JIO post paid.@airtelindia Note: i am using 4yr of post paid customer.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence Hi Airtel, The FTTh connection which we have disconnects frequently.We raised many requests from past few months but everytime a technician assigns and issue is auto closed without any resolution.The worst service from Airtel end.

    Worst ever customer support from @airtelindia don't know how will i contact them apart from social media platform and email. Your chat assistant doesn't allow to connect with agent instead ask to call on 198 your 198 IVR doesn't allow to connect with agent.

    @airtelindia in family 4 Airtel connection there.. only i have jio connection we live in Narnaul,Haryana.. very poor internet connection from past 10 days..everyone is facing problem.and everyone is asking me for hotspot..how a single jio user can help four Airtel User.. plz help

    @airtelindia what’s with the airtel network sucking so bad? & why do you even have an app. I’ve complained multiple times there & still facing difficulty. Can you fix it? even whatsapp isn’t working. -_-

    @reliancejio @airtelindia Both the networks are causing alot of trouble in my area. Trying to update a few apps but it is almost half hour not 7% is done. You are justing draining our money only, Shame.
