@Airtel_Presence More than 15hrs I facing network issue in Airtel postpaid (799 plan). I complained two times in call center still no action have been taken. so l decided to switch to JIO post paid.@airtelindia Note: i am using 4yr of post paid customer.

@TRAI - I am using DND app to complain about unsolicited calls and SMS and my network is Airtel. @airtelindia is not taking complaints of unwanted SMSes that start with A, i.e. from its own network. Sends regret msg. Please check. Thanks.

@airtelindia I have logged multiple service requests for poor mobile network connection in Noida Sector 74. The calls doesn’t connect and incase it connects the voice won’t be clear and in few seconds the call drops.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence it was a really stupid decision to remove channel guide option from information bar on Airtel xstream , now I can't check on other channels without opening channel guide or leaving to home screen. please add it again with the next update
