@Airtel_Presence More than 15hrs I facing network issue in Airtel postpaid (799 plan). I complained two times in call center still no action have been taken. so l decided to switch to JIO post paid.@airtelindia Note: i am using 4yr of post paid customer.

@airtelindia What is the point of raising requests on your customer care if they are getting closed without any resolution. I raised 2 requests (135177334 and 136661974) related to my Bill payment but both got closed within 2 days without any resolution.

@airtelindia internet speed is pathetic with frequent disconnections in a day. After raising my issues many times, I see no resolution. Planning to move to @reliancejio fibre as i see there service in my area is good and satisfactory. Thanks
