    @airtelindia Still service is not activated. Can you imagine the plight of not having your primary no (used for all transactions) not in service for so long, inspite of running round round for so many days. Your store personnels are so irresponsive and pathetic.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence before it was internet issues with you now it's calls. When will you learn the importance of something. Do you even have empathy towards customers? I'm unable to receive the calls since 1 week ans your CSR says my phone is bad.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia then i was trying to convert the physical sim to E sim and then I didn’t received the QR code in time and physical sim connection was stopped. My parents can’t go to Hyderabad and we don’t have the facility in our home town.Could you please help me?

    My mobile's Jio hotspot is more reliable than @airtelindia 's broadband. Goes down continuously throughout the day even after their technician visited and fixed. Worst experience.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews I purchased Xsafe Cameras and my 360 camera is not working properly. Raised complaint many times with Airtel care but no response. Very poor service from Airtel.
