    @Airtel_Presence More than 15hrs I facing network issue in Airtel postpaid (799 plan). I complained two times in call center still no action have been taken. so l decided to switch to JIO post paid.@airtelindia Note: i am using 4yr of post paid customer.

    Pathetic service by @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence - I’m trying to raise a complaint on their @ThanksAirtel #airtelthanks app but couldn’t raise it bcz of there poor customer care bot. I am unable to raise it over the call at 121 as well. Can’t continue with Airtel more like this!

    @airtelindia your Indiranagar , Bangalore office staff and support engineers seem to have taken your customers for granted Over 3 days trying to complain for Wi-Fi and yet neither anyone takes the call or responds. Is this Airtel Fast lane? @jagograhakjago

    @airtelindia has the most hopeless customer care and customer support service.I have called them several times regarding my recharge and Amazon Prime membership activation,but for the last 15 days they have just been playing games instead of resolving my issue....
