  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence hi, i have applied BB connection 4 plan 799 & paid 3 months fees as installation free as told to me. now it has been informed to me that connection is not possible due to infra problem at Airtel end. could you pls look in to & returned my money back

  @airtelindia, without any resolution to the S/R No 31-3629283627144 the ticket has been closed. As per customer service(121) n airtel store changed the Sim no luck. Raised complaint to n/w team no response and now asking me to open a newcase w/o getting any solution.

  And when we tried to terminate the service (during lockdown) we were asked to visit the Airtel office to terminate the connection. Since, we didn't do it, the bill is still accruing. Seems that @airtelindia surpasses most service providers in bad after-sales support.
