Dear @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am getting voice call issue while making a call.Receiver end is unable to get my voice,I have to make call 2 or 3 times to get proper communication. Idn't know what is the issue?but Im very disappoint with calling service from last few months.

@airtelindia I am in Jaipur. Approached in person to your customer service centre in Vaishali and they have no solution to help customers. We wanted to change mobile from my daughter in law to my son. The person at centre does not know how to do it. Who can help us.

Service request number is SR00001ESLCI. Several ticket was raised for the pick up of my trial router in return jio should refund ₹1500. Seems they dnt care about their customer at all. I was told engineer would come for a pick up. They dnt give a damn @reliancejio @airtelindia
