    @Airtel_Presence Thank u @airtelindia for d prompt service. 1 more day without internet. before customer care used 2 say d issue wil be resolved within 24hours. Now they r saying 48 hours. Very well done. I raised the issue on Friday 20-May-2022, today is Monday 23-May-2022. Issue not resolved.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia A third class network provider in India with no service. Zero satisfaction. Customer care is just formality at Airtel. Waste of Money

    @airtelindia @Airtel my broadband is not working and i spoke to multiple guys but it was waste of time. I am asked to pay charges for amazon peime which i never used. Escalated to nodal manager but useless. What shall i do?

    @Airtel_Presence Very pathetic service by AirTel. In these times when all the basic daily routine services are dependent upon internet @airtelindia has failed to provide uninterrupted Internet services for 1 or 2 days. Now my Internet is yet again not working and airtel is not taking it seriously

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence the 4g internet services do not work inside Bengaluru city KSR railway station. Although the signal strength shows in full. And this is common knowledge over there currently. I am at loss of words. I could not pull up my ticket on the phone.
