    @airtelindia, From ur Customer for past 14 Years. I'm in Singapore now and suddenly the sim is not working. Multiple times spoke to Customercare & no resolution. They tel to visit IND, visit Airtel store & get a new SIM.. #AirtelIssueinSingapore @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    So a brand new @airtelindia xtreme connection is costing 2499. But if you want to upgrade from your existing airtel DTH then you pay 2549. What kind of mad pricing is this? Shouldn't existing customer pay less?

    @Shail_kothari @airtelindia This is happening on recurring basis when we call the customer care they do not know anything about the issue and they are helpless saying we can't do anything in this regard. Its impacting my work n am thinking of moving to some other network as no point in being priority cust

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I had already submitted order id, payment receipts etc of airtel x tram fibwr which could not be installed by your team and still no refund or resolution provided.All the executives are just delaying process.Worst kind of service.Will file a complain
