    @airtelindia how pathetic your service could be. I have been following up for new broadband and xstream connection for 2 days.. all payments made but your engineers and sales person made sure that I get frustrated everyday by doing follow ups and don’t get everything working.

    @airtelindia @AndhraPradeshCM @PMOIndia We are facing network issue in AP almost 2 weeks completed Still internet connection very poor They are increasing prices every year but they is no improvement in speed Everyday daily limit was 1.5GB but we are not able to use it

    @airtelindia @airtelnews My broadband is not working since 26Hrs. Call-centre said, it's due to outage & cannot give the exact time frame to solve the issue! So r you guys indirectly saying to the customers that you cannot guarantee the internet service when outage occurred?

    The network of Airtel is very poor at lucknow. One month back I moved for postpaid connection, now continuously getting network issue. I have already registerd complaint about it before a week ago but no reponse received till date. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia The worst customer service ever. Store denying SIM card replacement for a bed ridden sen.citizen-says the customer needs to visit store, can't do anything. Home delivery for new SIM, but no help for cust with 6 conns for 20+yrs
