  Dear @airtelindia I paid my Airtel postpaid bill, but my services have still been suspended. This is completely unacceptable. I have also not received any bank OTPs or payment-related notifications, which is causing further inconvenience. If my payment has been successfully processed, there is no valid reason for my services to remain suspended. I expect this issue to be resolved urgently. I do not want to face any further disruption because of an error on Airtel’s side.

  More than 10 compliant within 10 months. Without Any resolution they closed complaint. Even we call they told do one more complaint. Same results. Still problem not solved Nothing happened. Airtel is third class company. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

  @pbhushan1 @airtelindia Sir being renowned lawyer they rushed to avoid harassment. But where i as a normal person go.Having been ignored with fake assurances. Even my ticket was closed without resolving the issue in June. Raised complaint again. I have been waiting for 56 days Hope is now giving away.

  Iam sure Airtel and their customers know it has the world worst customer service App. It’s almost 5days and I can’t raise a complaint.. there is no option to submit a complaint .   @airtelindia This is absolutely unacceptable. My Airtel Digital TV/STB issue (Ticket 658385787) has been pending since yesterday. Your own SMS committed resolution by 1 PM today. I was then given 4:30 PM, followed by 7:13 PM after being told your ground team wasn't responding.

  @airtelindia @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Despite repeated calls and messages, the engineer has still not arrived. My Wi-Fi service request #1103884550 is still pending, even though a resolution time was provided.This is extremely disappointing.Please send the enginer urgently.
