    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelindia your moto is not caring about customer, it is about how you guys can make money. How you can suck money out of customer with falsified agendas and unknown policies. Worst experience this time. When I port my sim don't even bother to call me you.

    @airtelindia what is issue with you all the numbers are dialling or receiving blank calls for the last 4 days and a person can reach to GOD but not to your cx service you have totally removed that option from your ivr such a pathetic service in up West.

    It is unfortunate how a consumer to a premium offering must resort to social media platforms to make their grievance heard. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I do not know who has been handling customer care calls, however one thing is certain: they do not care for the customer (1/n)

    @airtelindia @VittalGopal @sunilbmittal our broadband connection is not working since 5 days. Once your team came and done temporary work and left but again went out of order.Everytime we get reply that it will be solved in 24-72 hours on complaining. Fiber id011281352758_dsl.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am trying to transfer my eSIM to another android phone and have started eSIM process so many times but not getting call to get consent. Could you please help me with this. This is getting very frustrating now.
