    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel Network is pretty bad. For no reason whatsoever internet stops working. Even call drops. Now I know you will tweet below to DM. Have never provided any solution. Even App has no link to register complaint. Pissed off literally

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence only if u could train ur customer execs on how to communicate. Wouldn't have wasted 24+ hours waiting for a God damn DTH box replacement. Also, ur service engineers don't pick up calls 🤷

    Hello @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia , can you please guide me as to how to change base plan in Airtel DTH? I'm unable find any option on both My Airtel app and DTH self-care website. Also I'm unable to find ROI channels pack which was available earlier. Please help. Thanks

    @airtelindia Airtel sim doesn't support Volte in my mobile, My handset is Realme x2, i bought it from China but it does support volte with china unicom sim. Please have a look at this issue.

    @airtelindia Some sites are't opening on airtel since last many days such as Twitter, Wikipedia while otherwise internet speed is good. Have to use wi-fi for these sites. Informed by customer care center tht net speed in less, if this is case why only some sites are not openingg?

    @airtelindia i have put a request and made the payment for Xtreme fiber connection a week back no connection yet, your policy of activating connection within 36 hours which was told to us is false. Your customer care isn’t reliable either who told us 24 hrs you will get your conn
