    @airtelindia why payer cannot avail full network even for basic call facility . Even complaints are getting resolved without any call or verification. This is complete duopoly. @TRAI can these company close any complaint without resolution.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence You guys are talking about Priority, since 3 days spoke to around 10 executives, no one could explain reason for issues and couldnt take Wifi disconnection requests, retention team and supervisors all LIE.

    @airtelnews @airtelindia you people have charged me unethically for fake data and sms which I never sent and now your customer care is not even reversing the charges. This is how you fool your old customers? Fix it now or else it wil be escalated further to consumer forum now

    @AnshulY27276278 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Sorry that's happening to you. We had the same issue with a different provider last year. Switched to iBostreaming .com and it's been steady 24h free trial if you want to test before paying. No affiliation, just sharing what worked for us.

    Hi @airtelindia , What a pathetic help service! I have been asked to pay the installation and Wifi fee upfront and it has been more than 2 days without installation done. Your 24/7 helpline is a mess. Here is my request Id: UBYSE278W8. Could you please check

    1/4 Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, after repeated escalation, my Wi-Fi was finally installed. But the issue is still not resolved. My Airtel Black connection now appears downgraded from the expected 300 Mbps to around 40 Mbps.

    Received a call from @airtelindia customer care for DTH-postpaid merger. Without consent, my defence postpaid plan was changed from Rs 199 to Rs 449.This is fraudulent. Request immediate restoration of original plan, waiver of any charges & inquiry into the concerned executive.
