  @airtelindia, your REP Balu Dahihande took ₹1,500 on5 July after confirming Airtel Fiber was available in my area. On 8July, your engineer said there is no network coverage and the connection can't be installed I was promised a refund within 24 hours but it's still not received

  @DealsDhamaka All this because of mismanagement by @airtelindia. First, they gave free plans of Perplexity Pro nobody asked for. Then they discontinued (paused) without any intimation. And now asking to cancel services from our end which they didn’t actually provide.
