    @airtelindia It was a mistake applying for AirtelFibre connection. The dudes came in 2hrs to ensure the payment is done. But nobody responds, even shuts down the phone when asked why is installation taking so long. Could you help me with a refund? Application no 0112837454

    When I tried to call 121 to check about this issue, didn't get any option to connect customer care. Seems like you don't want to connect the people. @airtelindia 2/2

    @airtelindia why is it that I am unable to call few customer care and SMS bank number saying you don't have enough balance. Jio/vodafone doesn't have issue like this. Fix this immediately else I need to port. I can't recharge specifically for this.
