    @airtelindia I have been using airtel broadband from last 4 yrs and I have never faced an issue where the tickets are closed without resolving the issue. Previously issues were getting resolved in no time but now I have been running before them from last 1 week. Pathetic

    Absolutely horrible service by @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. My broadband has been down since the past 4 days now and there's no way that I can contact customer care nor are they putting any effort to fix it. The incoming calls just elongate the process by 2 days. Disappointed.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence There is no speed in my area despite new tower being installed. Just recharged with the annual plan and ported to airtel trusting your service but it has become a headache.

    @airtelindia Your team has disconnected my fiber optic connection without any reason. After one week of literally begging them to restore it, there's no response. What service provider drives away willing customers and still survives ?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Network issue at my location is disrupted for the last 2 months and customer care is just stating that the network team is working on. Why shall I pay my monthly bills for non usage of voice and internet access and none of them is bothered to inform.
