    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Airtel I have an Airtel Giga fiber. But its range is not good after the 15 feet range is down. And Internet speed is very slow. I have complained that many times your technician has come 1 time. He says the network is good but not good. Spd is bad..

    @airtelindia customer support is pathetic. I have called them thrice regarding an issue and every time they just gave different answers and none of them were satisfactory. why is there a partiality in providing customer support to platinum and gold members. @TRAI @Airtel_Presence

    @JuhiiChauhan @airtelindia Yes it's true we are facing the network issue i force to install more tower but they can't do any resolution. Airtel only says to check your handset setting but they don't accepted there. Falt . So we are trying to port out but the msg didn't send so i am now going to close it
