    @nkshandilya @JioCare @airtelindia Also, the engineers that come for home visit are told to just show the speed at that very minute, not care about dropping internet by the engineers that are on call with them. They really don't actually want to help the customers.

They disconnected it at that very minute bt no1 has come for device collection evn though they schedule appointment, no refund hs been prov

    @airtelindia I had raised relocation request, CS says it will be done by today at 10:00am. And then update the timeline by more than 2 days without asking. Now I am not able to connect with CS. And there is no option to cancel subs. @DoT_India take action against this.
