Extremely dissatisfied @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence before discounting the recharges please take an effort to remove those from your website and app. Customer is wasting half day, your IVR is not efficient, took me 2 days to figure out this.First in line to increase charges :)

@airtelindia Dear Airtel, we are experiencing very poor network in #hyderabad in all the areas. Not sure when will you be able to resolve but didn't expected this issue and it is disgusting. Please check and make sure that network is not dropping.
