@airtelindia what pathetic service.. I have put shifting request of my airtel wifi on 31sr mqrch.. It is still pending.. Today morning i caller costomer care.. Still they have not taken it seriously.. Telling that by evening it will be done...why evening?? Very dissatisfactory..

Above all the service engineer who came to install the airtel connection cut my act fibernet wire while installation without seeking my consent. Now if i disconnect my airtel broadband i will not be able to use my act connection as wire is cut. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

Since Last 4 days I get from @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia and ask me that my problem solved or not? I reply that "NO" and than customer executive told me that will call u back in 5 mins. and again repeat next day. this is your service. First appoint one dedicated person.
