    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Very poor internet network in Mahendiya PS of Arwal district of Bihar. Unable to attend my online official meeting. Do needful action as soon as possible. Now a days most of work is performed thru online only.

    @blessings_soul @airtelindia They will not allow u to change but try ur best i removed airtel and they took my 2 hrs to just cancel the plan..also jio plans are very cool and less costly than airtel...youtube videos hai millions views pe ki how to remove airtel....they dont damn remove it easily

    @BharatFactsIN @airtelindia @reliancejio Even #BSNL is making much bigger blunders. You don’t get a proper network connection for calls, using the internet is almost impossible, and most of the packs don’t even include SMS. Yet they still charge competitive prices.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am a Airtel Black Customer having 6 Connections in my plan and i Pay 3400 monthly for these connection including DTH but everytime I have to call I need to refresh network using airplane mode every single time. FAKE PRIORITY PROMISE TOO BAD

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My internet is down for last 2 days and after raising a complaint airtel is just providing a new SLA every time. What a shame! Such a poor and pathetic customer service. This internet outage is hampering to fulfill my professional commitments.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence #airtelblack #airtel #customerservice Extremely disappointed with Airtel Black service. My Wi-Fi is still NOT restored despite repeated complaints and follow-ups. SR 1103758290 was marked “RESOLVED” without any engineer visit or actual resolution. Customer Care again told me today that the issue was fixed from the backend, but my Airtel Black indicator is still RED. I’m attaching a live video as proof. I need an actual technical resolution, not another backend update or false complaint closure. Please urgently intervene, arrange an engineer visit and restore my service. If Airtel cannot resolve the issue, please clearly confirm so I can move to another provider. SR: 1103758290 | Gurugram 122102
