    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Issue in Cast using Airtel wifi since longtime and customer service is not helping. Router was changes from ZTE to NOKIA for frequent internet disconenciton issue and that create this new problem and team is not helping at all.

    @airtelindia could you please help me terminate my wifi plan? I’m tired of you spamming me a month before my plan renewal is due and your internet connectivity is pretty **** as well. Your app has no window to let me cancel, and your 121 IDR is not working.

    @airtelindia. Worst,pathetic Ask Us in airtel app & ticket resolution process. Finally after 10th try with same flow of process ticket raised by so called AI Bot. Ntw issue tickets gets closed without cust confirmation and takes own time 2 resolve without cust chk...

    @airtelindia I find most pathetic network speed I am using 5G Airtel on my mobile, I think Airtel least bothered as there is duopoly in mobile network availability in India , most unfortunate indeed. one pays for 5 G but gets not even 2G.
