    @pbhushan1 I have requested to discontinue wifi service just few days ago, they say it takes a week and for that week I have to pay. It was my mistake now I don't recommend anyone @airtelindia service to anyone.

    X Post Very poor service from @airtelindia. My AirFiber has been down since 15 Aug 2026. Complaint No. 11037944581 was raised, but no one has attempted to resolve the issue. Extremely disappointing customer service. Please resolve it urgently. #Airtel #AirFiber @airtelindia

    17 YRS as an #Airtel customer. And this is the service we get? Our Delhi office has been without internet for 20+ DAYS after @airtelindia blocked our connection citing 3,333 GB usage in 1 week. Repeated complaints. NO resolution. @airtelindiahelp, who is responsible?

    Companies like you has social media team who firstly do time pass with customer issues and then eager to create a ticket for themself instead of solving the issues! I don't doubt why customer cancels @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence numbers!!!!

    @airtelindia I call airtel and the customer care exec makes me wait without any time frame. Says he has no authority to disconnect my Wi-Fi. When i ask how long i need to wait he says he doesn’t know
