    @JioCare Hence never even thinking of opting to Jio fibernet and even @reliancejio mobile network in my area sucks too just like @airtelindia. But at least Airtel's response is appreciated.

    @airtelindia I just came back from London and my SIM hasn't been reactivated even after recharging twice. I have emailed customer care but they want me to call 121 which is not possible as my SIM is inactive. Can you please help?
