    No wifi service since 6 july Complaints simply pushed saying issue will be fixed by 3 or 4 hours. After 6 odd days 1 technician comes and leaves midway saying he will come again only to not show up. Calls kept waiting for hours. Pathetic experience @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I'am your customer from Honer Vivantis Hyderabad which has 180+ subscriptions. We r having frequent network down Incidents & frustrated & planning enmasse switchover to Jio. Writing here for attention to fix this before we decide to move out.

    @airtelindia I pay ₹824/month for postpaid and get under 4 Mbps on the same bed a prepaid SIM works fine. Your bot keeps texting generic excuses. DO NOT text me. Call me immediately to fix this or give me my port code. (Number shared in DM)

    @DealsDhamaka If the subscription is paused with no payment details, you are safe. No, there won’t be any charges in postpaid bill. I checked with Airtel customer care. @airtelindia

    Disappointed with @airtelindia and @perplexity_ai. Their partnership is forcing you as an end user to pay for an AI that you may or may not find value in. I tried “managing my subscription” through the app — but since I’m on IOS and it’s not managed by Apple you can’t unsubscribe there. I tried “managing my subscription” through the browser — but perplexity only allows you to upgrade and pay more. Not cancel a free Airtel provided subscription. At this point it is just disappointing to see that’s how they making these frustrating dark patterns. As a regular developer it should be easy to for someone like to figure this out. But if I can’t — I wonder what’s happening to all the other regular folk out there. Good luck trying to mail their support.

    @divya_gandotra @airtelindia He @divya_gandotra there is alternate way to cancel antopay, For UPI, that dedicated UPI app or Npci autopay portal. For Card, go to bank portal, than autopay, may get redirected to SiHub. Login to SiHub with Card Number and OTP. Select the Mandate and cancel the Auto Pay

    @Ravisutanjani What is this new low by @airtelindia ? First, they gave free plans of Perplexity Pro nobody asked for. Then they discontinued (paused) without any intimation. And now asking to cancel services from our end which they didn’t actually provide.

    @airtelindia there has been continuous internet issue since past 2 days, even with full tower and 5G data pack the internet suddenly stops working for continuous stretch of 10-12 hours while indoor. The same indoor had a great connectivity in other time. 📍Shakarpur, New Delhi
