    (1/3) @airtelindia Last month I was without Wi-Fi and DTH service for 18 out of 30 days. After repeated follow-ups and considerable frustration, I had almost decided to disconnect. I gave Airtel one final chance, and the service was restored within a day.

    Hi @airtelindia I have been struggling to get my wifi connected for the past hour. As a subscriber for years, the AI chat bot understands no problems raised and no method to connect to a human to resolve any issue anymore via a phone number. Please tell me how I can connect.

    Worst IR service was providing by @airtelindia @airtelnews even after recharging with 4000 and 4999 IR packs what u get is nothing i'm not even getting call or unable to make it you guys earlier following the existing pack validity when someone top up i even do that also with 698
