    Hey @airtelindia, I raised a network issue today (31st May) and the expected update/resolution date is given as 15th June. A 15-day turnaround time for a standard issue is incredibly long. Can someone explain why it takes 15 days for such trivial issues?

Despite repeatedly confirming my correct address with customer support, the wrong address continues to be entered in the system. I have been following up since yesterday

    @airtelindia I m using Airtel xtream fiber for last 2 yrs. Earlier Hoichoi ott was included, now surprisingly found that it is not listed there. Why it has been removed? I m paying postpaid with same amount. Very strange. No chat service available in xtream on this.

    Repeatedly contacted @airtelindia regarding an issue with my Pixel 9 and "Priority Postpaid" eligibility. Despite multiple follow-ups, there's still no clear explanation or resolution. The lack of response is more disappointing than the issue itself @Airtel_Presence
