Hi @airtelindia , my parents opted for broadband connection in Jammu starting from Dec 7. And now from the past 4 days internet is not working there. I have raised the complaint - 126256780, but nobody is fixing the connection. Instead they are asking money to fix it. Kindly help

@airtelindia If we miss payment even for a day then we get auto reminders but Airtel giving pathetic service over the years doesn't make a difference, Voice calling service is so bad that it cant be described in words !
