@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I made 2 recharges 1 of ₹79 and 1 of ₹100, still outgoing is stopped. 121 never work for prepaid no. My last option is: recharge for data, which you are forcing me to do, and then, I will definitely port to @JioCare. You clearly don't care for me.

@airtelindia hi Airtel, I ported myself into Airtel recently now I think. These are my initial weeks and I am already worried … I don’t get network at all … so I don’t receive sms, otp, etc … I get calls coz of my WiFi … pls solve this issue or I might port out again!!!

Dear @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia why despite my "successful recharge" incoming call facility is still unavailable.. care to explain and look into the matter? Earlier I was barred from using mobile data and no resolution was given despite complaints with your "customer care"

Started using JIO from last 6 months . and AIRTEL .. Data exhaust so quickly in JIO and the same amount of data in Airtel lasts full day.. Never trust Reliance , they have history of fraudulent practice s @reliancejio @airtelindia

@airtelindia I've been trying to upgrade my plan to Fiber since Jan'21 but it seems Airtel is not interested in doing so. Got turned down thrice by excuses like unavailability of modem etc. Been a loyal customer since a decade & the customer support is degrading to say the least.
