@airtelindia I’ve initiated the process for e-sim. I received the confirmation call from Airtel and completed the necessary steps, but I haven’t received any mail with a QR code from Airtel. My sim has lost signal. I am unable to receive any calls or sms. It shows no network.

Ever since i have ported my number to @airtelindia , network connection is very bad, internet speed is worse, complain after complain but my problem was never sorted out. Their packages are higher than others, but services are worst.

@airtelindia seems like pre-requisite for your customer care executives is to be rude and arrogant towards your loyal customers. Your customer care exec has been harassing my mom for the payment of a bill which is being used by her sister who is in an old age home since January
