    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence since Oct 7th put in a request to convert physical sim to ESim. very disappointed and surprised at the poor service. 121 doesn't understand. Call them, a new person comes and the whole story has to be repeated.

    @airtelindia -Being associated with airtel for last 16yrs by holding 2 postpaid connections , Now for 3rd connection airtel is asking 25k with your existing loyal customer , Don't know what to say here?..Feeling very shameful myself.
