    @Karunak82408927 @airtelindia @TRAI Their wifi is horrible. Every month for 3-5 days it stays off citing technical difficulties. Take the refund. Better to go for some local service provider.

    @airtelindia Very bad service in sector 5 gurgaon. Few days back your service was down for hrs. Now again my wifi is down since past 2 days. On 25 aug I had booked slot for today's 11:30 hr. But no Engineers came. Today also Engineers say's "कोई बात नहीं "। No time frame

    @airtelnews Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia, your "Priority Postpaid" Fastlane is a scam. I ported to Airtel specifically for 5G network slicing, but it has been completely dead in Chandivali, Mumbai since Aug 6. Local store managers are clueless & 198 is a useless bot loop.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews @airtelindia Dear Airtel Team, once again same issue , from last day 4 to 5 PM till now network is down in area , so many people converted to airtel ,as tower installed between two villages , now feeling like betrayed as other services provider were atleast giving signal to make a call ,

    @airtelindia Normal SMS are working both ways, but I am not receiving OTP SMS from any service. I have tested multiple apps/services. Please check whether transactional/A2P OTP SMS are being blocked or filtered on my number and reprovision/reset the SMS service from the backend

    Iam sure Airtel and their customers know it has the world worst customer service App. It’s almost 5days and I can’t raise a complaint.. there is no option to submit a complaint .     My Airtel WiFi speed has been extremely slow for the past month. I've been calling customer care daily, but nothing is being done. Such terrible service! I'm going to tell people not to use Airtel services. @airtelindia #wifi #worstservice #airtelwifi
