  Absolutely worst DTH service by Airtel. Very unprofessional and unhelpful. Ordered a DTH TV connection and I have received a customer ID and SMS saying the connection will be installed but Airtel apparently can't even find my order details and have no information! @airtelindia

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I want Airtel to refund my money. If you can't provide network, I prefer to switch to a different network provider. Don't ask me to keep recharging when you cannot provide me network to stay connected.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence the time is out you said that you will solve my issue till 13 of Jan but you didn't. So take ur worst connection and worst service that I hv use. So finally I'm taking a call and port my number to another telecom. Thank you have a great year ahead.
