@airtelindia @airtelindia Can you please first resolve the 4G issue which we are facing?. Living in a core areas of pune city and not getting network does not suit your promise. If can't resolve the problems then at least sell your plans at discounted price.

@airtelindia Poor service. I have been unable to connect to the network for 6 days now and the @Airtel_Presence team keeps sending me the same text msg - “checking with the team and will get back to me”… Why can’t you send me a new SIM card and resolve this!! Time to switch to @reliancejio

Time to port from @airtelindia You just can't make a straight call (if network is available). They keep annoying you with one or another announcements. They'll fail you in every-second-counts situation.
