    @Airtel_Presence i just want to know that if customer is recharging his or her mobile no. With 597 rupee and validity is 168 days then why your company is asking for 35 rupee validity recharge.Why should we pay 35 rupee for validity when my pack is valid for168 days @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence your repair team is the worst !! They said it'll take 18 nov 12:20am but they didn't fix the Internet. Then when i called customer care they say 3:20am again they didn't fix it. Now they said 6:20am They didn't fix it till now. Worst experience !

    @airtelindia I am using the latest iOS, 16.2 beta 3. Still the Airtel app displays I am not on 5G software. Fix the issue.

    @airtelindia from morning I don't have network in my phone tried everything switching off the phone removed sim placed again but still no network do let me know how to sort this issue fast as your customer support said it will take 48-72hours to sort out

    @airtelindia IF I COULD RATE YOUR 4G SERVICES IN MY CITY FIROZABAD THEN IT WILL BE RATED -VE. CUSTOMERS ON AIRTEL FACING DATA SPEED ISSUE FOR MORE THEN A MONTH BUT NO ONE IS THERE TO SOLVE THE ISSUE.
