    @Airtel_Presence i just want to know that if customer is recharging his or her mobile no. With 597 rupee and validity is 168 days then why your company is asking for 35 rupee validity recharge.Why should we pay 35 rupee for validity when my pack is valid for168 days @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Hi Sir, I m in canada and my sim stopped working and says invalid sim. I get my all otp on this no. I want my relative to collect my sim and courier me but nodel officer want me to be present in India which is impossible. Please help me.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia your service has become bad to worse. Can't even place a call or talk with someone or even use internet. That's just pathetic. You guys are increasing your tariff day by day but still services haven't improved yet. I guess, it's time to switch.

    @airtelindia not getting any help from customer support as I requested to pay for partial bill this time due to some issues.Definitely the time to switch the carrier as I can get the same and cheaper service with another carrier. Inspite of using the services from a long time.
