    @Airtel_Presence i just want to know that if customer is recharging his or her mobile no. With 597 rupee and validity is 168 days then why your company is asking for 35 rupee validity recharge.Why should we pay 35 rupee for validity when my pack is valid for168 days @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelpayment1 I've applied for closure of my airtel payment bank/wallet two months back,still it has not been closed. Communicating with customer care on mails & on calls since a month but still they are not resolving the issue. Pathetic service by @airtelindia

    Dear @airtelindia, I was adding money to my airtel wallet on 28/1, the transaction was cancelled but amount was deducted from my bank account which is still not refunded. I have shared all the details along with my bank statement with your team but still issue is not resolved.
