    @Airtel_Presence i just want to know that if customer is recharging his or her mobile no. With 597 rupee and validity is 168 days then why your company is asking for 35 rupee validity recharge.Why should we pay 35 rupee for validity when my pack is valid for168 days @airtelindia

    @shankerbhagat @airtelindia In 121 & 198 there is no option via you can talk to Customer care. Airtel thinks bots are enough but they didn't understanding due to this customer suffers.
