@Airtel_Presence i just want to know that if customer is recharging his or her mobile no. With 597 rupee and validity is 168 days then why your company is asking for 35 rupee validity recharge.Why should we pay 35 rupee for validity when my pack is valid for168 days @airtelindia

@airtelindia I have ported to Airtel postpaid on 13 December 2022. In the airtel thanks, the number is shown as prepaid and no other details are seen. Sent many mails and requests to the customer care. Still no resolution.
