    @Airtel_Presence and @airtelindia felt very bad due to network issue almost I have complain 10 to 20 times in last 2 years since there is no improvement. more than 10 Airtel users have changed the network. I don’t know then how it comes world faster network. My pincode 639201.

    Dear @airtelindia agr aap s nhi hoota to rehne do! I'm sitting at Bhikaji Cama Palace one of the busiest corporate center in Delhi. Still, there isn't any network. Not a single web page is loading. Such a headache.

    @airtelindia 31-4738756645999 tickets closed without any resolutions and closing all ticket same way since last one month, no one is ready to resolve, while asking to talk with senior they disconnected the call worst customer care experience, pethatic

    @airtelindia I’ve been using Black connection for more than a year now. The only uninterrupted feature it provides is the interrupted service. For past 2days am out of internet and everyday there is an ongoing maintenance which doesn’t aid any good

    @airtelindia Have reached out to 121 multiple times and didn’t receive any resolution. Furthermore, the SR No raised for this issue, was closed without resolving or any prior notice. This is a disciplinary action in your end.
