@Airtel_Presence and @airtelindia felt very bad due to network issue almost I have complain 10 to 20 times in last 2 years since there is no improvement. more than 10 Airtel users have changed the network. I don’t know then how it comes world faster network. My pincode 639201.

Hi @airtelindia how are users without a smartphone or data access expected to recharge their packs from the Airtel Thanks app, especially when their services are deactivated despite multiple recharges? Your customer service number doesn't let us get to a human service exec.
