@Airtel_Presence and @airtelindia felt very bad due to network issue almost I have complain 10 to 20 times in last 2 years since there is no improvement. more than 10 Airtel users have changed the network. I don’t know then how it comes world faster network. My pincode 639201.

@airtelindia Disappointed for being Airtel Black customer. Since reallocation is free none of them are ready to address and forcefully asking OTP to reschedule. While when I was not Airtel Black customer they came in an hour to reallocate. Ticket 121028417. No for Airtel Black

I am using Airtel postpaid 9915156947. Complain ws raised on 2.03.23 regarding unable to call on toll free number. Customer care person said that issue will be resolved in 12 hrs. On 5.03.23 I again called but now person is saying that it will take 3 more days. @airtelindia

We wrote a mail in January about last December's @airtelindia bill issue and got a reply in March, but our problem is not resolved. We have sent a lot of mails even after January and it looks like we will get a reply in December. Very very worst network @Airtel_Presence
