    @Airtel_Presence and @airtelindia felt very bad due to network issue almost I have complain 10 to 20 times in last 2 years since there is no improvement. more than 10 Airtel users have changed the network. I don’t know then how it comes world faster network. My pincode 639201.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence In same location when I was using prepaid I was getting 5G network but when port to postpaid only 4G network is coming. Reported many time but without resolution ticket got closed. What is this? Paying more for no Service? @jagograhakjago

    @airtelindia Even after a technician visited my house today, my internet is still not working. My request id is 10950476565. I tried to raise another complaint against on the app and the toll free number and it is not being registered due to some system update. HELP!

    @airtelindia Dear Airtel, I recharged for a full year partly because of the advertised FREE Perplexity Pro benefit. Now I'm being asked to add a payment method/card and potentially deal with USD billing. This was never clearly disclosed during recharge. This feels misleading.

    I have wifi at my residence, office and in my hometown . 1 or max 1.5 GB is enough for me but still i am forced to buy 2 GB plan. By this you will start loosing customers. Treat this as a caution before you start loosing customers and revenue. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 2/n
