    @Airtel_Presence and @airtelindia felt very bad due to network issue almost I have complain 10 to 20 times in last 2 years since there is no improvement. more than 10 Airtel users have changed the network. I don’t know then how it comes world faster network. My pincode 639201.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence unplanned outage in Dhayri area in Pune since yesterday 4 pm.getting SMS every 2 hours postponing the ETA for resolution.Have to use mobile hotspot and total mobile data pack purchased is more than prepaid Airtel broadband.need compensation

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It’s been 3,4 days since I have complained regarding my last recharge invoice which is not available to download via airtel thanks app. I have also mailed the same issue but no reply yet. There is no option to connect customer care via IVR.

    @Airtel_Presence There is no reason why customer would recharge twice, the recharge should be queued and would run in parallel only if customer activates to do so.. its not really customer friendly. No other option than to move away from @airtelindia . Thanks for a great service.

    Each time they come with a story and bring a used Modem. I was never given a new modem even during new installation. Please refund my money . I feel like i'm being cheated by @airtelindia and by rude behaviour of your technicians
