    @Airtel_Presence and @airtelindia felt very bad due to network issue almost I have complain 10 to 20 times in last 2 years since there is no improvement. more than 10 Airtel users have changed the network. I don’t know then how it comes world faster network. My pincode 639201.

    I have raised a wifi connection request on 18 July and paid Rs 50 as advance. But no engineer is assigned till now and no call from airtel side. Called customer care thrice they as repeating same line that they have highlighted the issue. Request Id is : E22NZX68GP @airtelindia

    @airtelindia intersted in addressing customer and were busy discussing someones new born baby news keeping me waiting. This is not acceptable by such a reputed brand, please take NA Surprisingly the sim was replaced by the private vendor, what is use of Airtel store then?

    from last few months every weekend there is a wifi outage why And today the wifi is down for more than 15 hours and im not sure when it will be back Kindly reimburse the amount till the wifi is restored @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia It's really disgusting that inam using ur wifi service from last 6 year but not getting proper service, I raised the replacement of router and I was told that itbwill be done by 20july 19am but still now it's not done, who is the accountable for this, need to cancel.
