    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence As said earlier the internet speed during day time is worst in my locality not even allowing me to Google anything. It's irritating that I have been complaining several times and nothing is changed.

    I recently ported in my number into @airtelindia . My number is activated in Airtel but I am facing multiple issues while using the services. 1. Enable VOLTE on my number from your side. VOLTE is enabled in my device but not enabled in your system.

    @airtelindia is the worst. Its Nonsense AI cannot solve the issue & connecting to the customer care is itself a huge task. Without any info, they hv disabled calls & net with valid recharge till 31/12 in the name of KYC. How my aged parents can visit their store for KYC!!!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence speak up!! Till when should i wait for this issue to be resolved ?? Or should i go for some other network ??? And i ll also make my known people to change the network. I need a timeline frame. Already it’s been 9 days.

    @TRAI @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Until now, I had been without working Wi-Fi for more than a month in the entire period as a customer of Airtel Broadband. But I was always charged for those days as well. This exceed far beyond quality of service parameters specified by TRAI
