    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Would you please bother to fix your network and internet speed in my area. I have already registered three complaints and each time I have been given a new date since 20th of April. And please stop telling me how to insert sim and in which slot😠

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence As said earlier the internet speed during day time is worst in my locality not even allowing me to Google anything. It's irritating that I have been complaining several times and nothing is changed.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia u r Providing only Calling Facility or u have 4G,3G license, Bcz Day by Day Internet Speed Getting Worst. In last 6 Months in have rised 10+ complain. But God know what they r doing with Compain numbers. I think company wish to launch complain Diary

    Dear @airtelindia, My Wi-Fi installation slot was scheduled for 11:30 AM, but no engineer has arrived. The assigned engineer is continuously ignoring both my calls and calls from the nearest Airtel Store as well. This level of service is extremely disappointing.

    Once again I went to the CP (Connaught Place) @airtelindia customer care center, but they said there is no need for re-verification. Even they don't know why my mobile connection got disconnected. It's been more than 24 hours since the phone was disconnected, and you people are just making a fool…@Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia I contacted customer care four times today about this and they said that a technician would come and fix the problem in person soon, but no one has come yet. When I contacted the service manager in Karaikudi about this, they said that no service request has been received so far.

    Worst customer service by @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia . Blanket outage in both mobile and wifi connections, rendering our work days useless. No decent customer support, made to wait endlessly in queue for a support call.

    Wi-Fi Update: There is an issue affecting Airtel Wi-Fi in your area. We know you rely on it every day, we are working to bring it back in the next 5-6 hrs. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence it's been over 6 hours but airtel fiber is not yet back. Whole day has passed.

    Airtel has completely shattered my trust. I paid in advance for a new Wi-Fi connection, and within just 4 days the service stopped working. A brand-new connection should not fail so quickly. Despite raising complaints, the issue remains unresolved. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
