I repeatedly warned them that my wife's incoming services would also stop if they delayed any longer. Only then was the complaint registered and marked as "priority".

Akshay Chaturvedi (@akki4vedi) reported@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence The ₹219 refund was processed. Later I tried claiming the Netflix benefit included with the ₹1729 plan. It never worked. I called customer care and was told it was just a "technical issue" and to wait.

Each time I was told my issue had been noted or that a complaint had been registered. Later I discovered no proper complaint had actually been raised.
