    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia u r Providing only Calling Facility or u have 4G,3G license, Bcz Day by Day Internet Speed Getting Worst. In last 6 Months in have rised 10+ complain. But God know what they r doing with Compain numbers. I think company wish to launch complain Diary

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence As said earlier the internet speed during day time is worst in my locality not even allowing me to Google anything. It's irritating that I have been complaining several times and nothing is changed.

    @airtelindia very underwhelming experience with the xstream tc set top box. The voice search for channels are not available, though JIO has had this feature since atleast last 3 years. Waiting for JIO to start service in my apartment. Will switch

    It’s been over 24 hours and my WiFi is still not working. I shared my registered number in DM 14 hours ago but still haven’t received any reply. Please resolve this ASAP. @Airtel_Presence. This level of service is really disappointing @airtelindia

    @airtelindia If I recharge with your unlimited plan, the internet barely works properly. And once the recharge expires, even OTPs stop coming. So neither the network service works properly, nor basic OTP access is available after expiry yr.

    @airtelindia This network coverage claims start feeling like a gimmick when it comes to villages. People genuinely depend on connectivity now at least set realistic expectations instead of overpromising. Stop advertising “one day installation” of broadband .

    Most of companies have resorted to #AI based custom support bots but they are highly inefficient in resolving queries. My money with @reliancejio @IRCTCofficial @airtelindia is struck for a long time. Money is not huge but it’s like a scam. Jio took money for two sim cards ..

    This level of service is honestly disappointing. If this issue is not resolved as soon as possible, I will definitely switch to another broadband connection. Customers deserve proper support and timely resolution, not endless delays. #Airtel @airtelindia #wifi @Airtel_Presence
