    @airtelindia Sir, I recharged Rs 598, 1.5 GB data was 84 days, if I got a coupon of Rs 40 from Airtel apps and we had to pay Rs 558, then our recharge got 3 GB data for 56 days. Please help me how it is

    To make matters worse, I’m now being asked to purchase the service again and wait for a refund of the amount already paid. There is no proper cstmr support, no resolution, and I dnt even have an option to cancel the service. Extremely disappointing experience. (3/3) @airtelindia

    not be installed due to a “tech issue.” I was assured it would be fixed the very nxt day. It has now been 2wks, nd the issue is still un reslvd. The service representative keeps delaying the installation despite me having already paid the installation charges.(2/3) @airtelindia
