    @airtelindia Sir, I recharged Rs 598, 1.5 GB data was 84 days, if I got a coupon of Rs 40 from Airtel apps and we had to pay Rs 558, then our recharge got 3 GB data for 56 days. Please help me how it is

    @airtelindia @Svigneshwa17006 The kapplication for broadband was cancelled after 8 days of payment and prior to that feasibility study done. This is deficiency of service.we will take you to consumer court as the sla defined in the terms of agreement

    The biggest issue is the complete lack of access to a human customer care executive. Customers are trapped in endless AI bot conversations while urgent issues remain unresolved. When customers pay for services, they deserve real support when something goes wrong. @airtelindia

    I raised a request for shifting my wifi connection on 14th June. Since then I have been taking follow up and I was told the issue would be resolved within 24 hours. Now its 18th June and its beyond that 24 hours and issue has not been resolved. @airtelindia
