    @airtelindia Sir, I recharged Rs 598, 1.5 GB data was 84 days, if I got a coupon of Rs 40 from Airtel apps and we had to pay Rs 558, then our recharge got 3 GB data for 56 days. Please help me how it is

    @airtelindia I am using airtel fibernet since 2021. For the past 3 months , i have been paying the bill regularly but airtel generates a new bill with old amounts added. When raised a complaint regarding this , no proper response is received from their end. PATHETIC SERVICE.

    @airtelindia such a worst service. Unloyal company cheat customer. Just put add on the we are best. I've been recharge my xstream app for seeing live tv. It's not working while i asked to customer service people they are telling we stopped live tv before one month ago

    @airtelindia can imagine why Airtel has gone from bad to worse, reason being they couldn't update a simple address change in their portal. there appears to be no response from CE team nor any territory sales manager (9121001135) to address the concern

    @airtelindia I applied for airtel connection, paid rs 1501 in advance on 18.07.2022. Was informed some one will visit 8 am then 2.30 waiting at 3.30 no body turned up, THIS IS QUALITY OF SERVICE OF AIRTEL.

    @airtelindia why you have stopped bill payment through 3rd party app? What was wrong if we pay through other app. Your new rules forcing customer to pay the bill only through Airtel app. It's frustrating. This is not customer friendly. Please relook and restart it.

    @airtelindia Dear Airtel. My Prepaid Recharge expired on 12/7 I recharged on 15/7 My connection is still "Inactive", States: "Pack Expired". Help: "Recharge Confirmation" - states recharge done on 15/7. But, after that there is no Help from Chat or on IVRS (Call). No Help of any kind
