@airtelindia Sir, I recharged Rs 598, 1.5 GB data was 84 days, if I got a coupon of Rs 40 from Airtel apps and we had to pay Rs 558, then our recharge got 3 GB data for 56 days. Please help me how it is

customer care may say anything including "national outage" when they have no clue. Was in ot so didnt check twitter on my computer else i would have known @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence a sms informing the outage in the morning to the affected circle would have been helpful

@airtelindia The worst ever service by airtel. I did a mistake by switching to airtel with your mis leading ads of zero complaints. Actually speaking, airtel customers has lot of complaints about quality of the service you are providing.
