    @airtelindia Sir, I recharged Rs 598, 1.5 GB data was 84 days, if I got a coupon of Rs 40 from Airtel apps and we had to pay Rs 558, then our recharge got 3 GB data for 56 days. Please help me how it is

    Without any prior notice @airtelindia fiber connection is going down for hours. No help from the customer service, no help from the guy who installed it. Just you and a white dabba. If you can’t provide proper connection then please dont provide service.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews Good day , despite having an Airtel black connection with free Netflix , however being charged for that !! Want to stop outgoing ISD services but customer services is not allowing that . I hope somebody from Airtel can connect and resolve this .

    @airtelindia your Engineer doesn’t know the E of it and dont know how to talk to the customer The tickets are being opened and closed at their will without customer feedback and response Give me the resolution date as the issue is now 5 days old and check what the fk is going on!

    @airtelindia @TRAI network in our area is poor since last 3 years.calle drop no clarity nor internet works. How are we supposed to live. Tried raising complaint but no option as bot only gives half baked solution and even acknowledges it. Pin code 421204.
