    @airtelindia Sir, I recharged Rs 598, 1.5 GB data was 84 days, if I got a coupon of Rs 40 from Airtel apps and we had to pay Rs 558, then our recharge got 3 GB data for 56 days. Please help me how it is

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia black id-10101016605566,10+ days,countless calls to 121,emails,wrong request raised by ur team,payment made as instructed yet no IPTV.Every supervisor promises 3-4 hours but nothing happens. Why should customer suffer of Airtel’s mistakes?

    @airtelindia your services are utterly pathetic and fake. Despite topping up my recharge, I am unable to make or receive calls, and your customer care is just an AI voice recording playing on repeat. No resolution at all.

    @airtelindia since yesterday no connectivity available in Ghodbunder Area, Thane,Maharashtra. Earlier commitment was 11:00am today and still no Wi-Fi . It’s very difficult to understand why such network issues and without confirm commitment.

    Dear @airtelindia , this is by far the worst customer service I’ve experienced. It’s been 7 days, and my Wi-Fi issue is still unresolved. No technician has visited despite multiple complaints and follow-ups. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. #airtel

    As you try to call a number and recorded awareness message starts . this is repeated again and again without ringing and end it tells it is busy. Why can't you tell it is busy. Customer gets bored with this message and end of wait result is nill. @airtelindia
