@airtelindia So very true... Just good marketing and at the hindsight, airtel don't really care. Dispite lot of chasers, the issue still remains unresolved. You really need to work on after sales services.. or a reason could be that airtel doesn't care about the customer...

When u visit @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence stores, the staff even w/o looking at the sim say that the sim has been damaged n needs to be replaced and they charge u 25 for that. Y should customer pay if the sim has been damaged on its own?
