@Airtel_Presence @imbd78 Exactly same problem with me.activated 4999roaming pack for Saudi Arabia.Didn’t use it even for a minute due to the in capability of @airtelindia .complained about it they gave a sugar coated conversation and finally I got a bill of 6000. Now contacting them for 3 days ,no reply

@airtelindia is showing 0 complaints on website by closing tickets without resolution! A recharge was made on 27th July for amount of 460/-. But till now they have not recharged mobile plan. Multiple tickets have been raised in app & via email. Yet no action. @TRAI help pls 🙏
