    @airtelindia, @Airtel_Presence Looks like Airtel no longer cares to resolve issues even after bringing to attention multiple times. Surprised that no one even bothers to give a call either to check or update. The IVR system just goes on loop. Chatbot is useless.

    @airtelindia 3 days no wifi service , pathetic state of service . Unable to register any complaint , just getting work in progress and it will get quickly resolve

    @airtelindia 3.5 days without internet and counting. Raised a complaint, called customer service - no resolution. Technician was supposed to visit and he never showed up. Unacceptable for a paid service. #Airtel #CustomerService #networkoutage

    @airtelindia Disappointed with Airtel Air Fiber. Despite multiple complaints about slow internet speed, there’s been no proper resolution. Poor service and support are forcing me to consider switching to another provider. Mobile number - 9415883958 @TRAI

    @JioCare @reliancejio Wifi not working its been more than 6 hours now...how to work in case of WFH. Switching to @airtelindia after my 3 months gets over pathetic service. Every afternoon internet doesn't work.
