I paid the amount for dth recharge of rs 1100 on 14/12/22 in Airtel Thanjavur store in ganapathy nagar. For the past 3 days the have not recharged and while asking them they are not responding properly. If this continues we switch to some other good network @airtelindia

@airtelindia why is that airtel has liberty to send it's notifications to Us through various platforms, including our mobile number. Why is so difficult for US to register our complaint. For a poor network issue airtel bot says my issue will be resolved in 10 days.
