@airtelindia @therealkapildev I already have 2 more Airtel broadband at different locations but never had such bad experience from Airtel. Really disappointed and because I did not have any other option, I had to drop the concern here. Apologies whomever's day it is going to impact at this hour.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TS_SheTeams hi there, airtel team is not resolving my comment on network issue and closing my requests abruptly. Even customer care is not responding and cut the call as soon as I say the issue. Please file a customer harassment case against airtel.
