I dialled 121 in 2009 for @airtelindia customer support It's 2021, and I'm still on that IVR call. Pressing 0 and going to main menu to listen again how can I connect to customer care team.

@airtelindia Pathetic DTH service , I need telugu plus kids package, called to customer care, 1st time they activate oriya package, 2nd time again called, activated tamil package, 3rd time called asked me to call after 4 hour, technical issue, please resolve my issue at earliest
