  @airtelindia I recharged with an Unlimited 4G + 5G pack, but the internet speed is terrible. Getting just 0.97 Mbps download and 8.61 Mbps upload. Please check the network/tower in my area and fix this ASAP. #Airtel #AirtelIndia

  @airtelindia @airtelindia — Extremely disappointed with the way a long-standing customer is being treated. After years of loyalty, being overcharged without any prior communication, consent, or knowledge is simply unacceptable. Customers should not be penalised for their loyalty

  @JioCare @airtelindia #fraudjio @JioCare sent me a notification that service request is created and there is a link there to track it's status.once you open that link voila it disappears after going on my jio app. Such a fraud company.

  @airtelindia In My postpaid mobile no. OUTGOING SMS is not working since 20 days. I complaint on 19th Aug & received resolution message on 26th but in vain. Every time I am told it has been escalated and to be resolved in 4 hrs. Even today just now I was told to wait for 24 hrs.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia What kind of marketing strategy is this? Both Airtel Centers in Nagpur refused to give me a new WiFi Dongle as my old one is not working. The Center Head says I must buy a new plan first! Seriously disappointing. @jagograhakjago Please check your DM, for details.
