  @airtelindia @airtelnews @bhartiairtelfdn I have raised multiple complaints regarding the same issue, but the problem is still not resolved. The attached screenshots clearly show that several network complaints have already been marked as “completed”, despite the issue continuing.

  @airtelindia I have been trying to get my wifi connection terminated due to permanent movement outside of India. Request raised 10 days back, your team is unable to process the request! Why should I be paying for these 10 days? Terrible experience with Airtel!

  @airtelindia My Airtel SIM has been inactive for 3 days. Despite multiple customer care calls and 3 store visits, there’s still no resolution. A replacement SIM issued on 17 Aug remains inactive after 24+ hours. I’m told the backend team is verifying, but no timeline is provided.

  @airtelindia Randomly deactivated my mom’s Airtel number without any prior intimation or notice. This number is important for her, and suddenly stopping the service has caused unnecessary inconvenience. @airtelindia, please look into this urgently and restore the number.

  Shame on you @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Even your mobile internet is dead. 5G hasn’t worked for 3 months. I’ve been tagging you for support absolute silence. Today 4G also stopped working… and broadband too. What kind of network is this? Fix it or refund.

  @airtelindia @tnpoliceoffl Urgent assistance required. My Airtel mobile number is being misused/incorrectly published online. Since 16 Aug, I have been receiving 30–40 calls overnight from different people who say they were trying to contact Meesho/customer care, government services, driver jobs and other online platforms, but their calls are getting connected to my number. Some callers say they did not actually call my number, raising concern about incorrect call routing or caller-ID spoofing. I have already filed a complaint with Cyber Crime: Acknowledgement No: 22908260078408 I have screenshots/evidence from people who received incorrect customer-care information. Kindly investigate the technical routing/network issue and help identify how my number is being connected to these calls. Please escalate this to the appropriate technical/cyber team and provide a complaint/reference number.
