@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence airtel thanks app is a total waste for DTH. Every single time i open the app it never displays any details of it and customer says servers are busy. And ofcourse your numbers are not reachable. How do you expect your customer to reach out to you?

.@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have been facing network related trouble since last 1 year. I had submitted my complaint in Feb 2020 and I got a response that we are upgrading our towers. Just wanted to confirm whether you got any land to install your towers or not?
