    Biggest mistake was choosing Jio over @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. Airtel actually respects customer uptime. If a technician isn’t at my doorstep tomorrow morning to fix SR000037DBEP, consider this my official notice of cancellation.

    @airtelindia Why did you convert my prepaid no 9801025215 to postpaid priority connection without my consent. Please revert back to the prepaid connection or I'll have no other option but to discontinue this mobile number and shift to other service providers.
