How could they know that thier wifi device strength is weak?

Arvind (@arvindthane2012) reported@Ajaykumaarji @airtelindia I had a SIM, used to recharge occassionally, but they allotted my number to somebody else after I failed to recharge for a long time. Conversely, Internet Service was pathetic in those days.
