    @airtelindia absolutely frustrated with the services. Airtel Broadband doesn't work - struggling with WiFi connectivity now since a month. Paid 900+ months rent in advance, all going to waste as I'm using Vi phone network for connectivity. BTW, my DTH remote stopped too. 😖

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia As I needed the connection for 2 more days so support team suggested that I call back again on 4th August and can get the request raised for disconnection and refund will happen in my account. So I called 198 today and was shocked to get new info

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am airtel black customer and I have raised complaint on July 20 th for faulty Airtel Xstream box . After repeated calls today afternoon person came with Set top box that is still not activated .

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @sunilbmittal we r having low signal coverage and been complaining but no reply. Let me know where to complain if ur official channels never looked into it. We r 100ft away from NH65 but we don’t have 4G coverage .
