@airtelindia I did an add on recharge of Rs. 301 for (50 GB) data....and, it's goin' to expire today (Feb 3rd) midnight. But, I still have 36 GB data left. Now this'll cost me extra bucks for no reason. Could @airtelindia help me here save my remaining GBs from being squandered?

Jio support blatantly lied and said vist is rescheduled at 7.30 pm. It's past 9 pm now. You guys are not reliable at all. Your support guy hung up on me as well. Will be surrendering my connection and will switch to @airtelindia @reliancejio SUCKS.

Every time I talk to any support person on Airtel they ask to delete the app and install again , like it’s magically going to solve the problem . Frankly you guys have no clue or support for the app. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia Dear Sir From 15 years I am your post paid customer, but till now from 2 years in Siliguri, ward no 41, iti road, Shastri nagar network is very poor n most third class but why ???? I had complain three times already, no improve, already complain to Paritosh at Siliguri, why ????
