Still waiting.This is so frustrating Ever heard "Never make promises you can't keep." Stop fooling people with your fancy advertisements. Know the ground reality.

I raised my request on 1 May to upgrade my existing plan to Black plan but as of today I didn't get any solutions for my request.I have escalated my issue too many times but same result. Really very frustrating and disappointing with this response @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence hai WORST SUPPORT EXPERIENCE. My broadband is out of service for last 72 hrs, no action has been taken to resolve this issue, they just keep asking for 30 minutes more and then stop picking up call. IS THIS HOW TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS??
