    Broadband is not working from 48 hours and no resolution provided even after raising the complaint. Left with the only option of tweeting and letting my social media friends know about the pathetic customer service of the company. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia kindly help!!

    Hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence . The router given at the time of connection is not working. Using broadband since LY. contacted customer care for a free upgrade. I was told that it will be charged. If I need to pay for the router better I'll switch to another provider.

    @airtelindia Internet has no signal same problem occurs, Within 10 days 4 days internet is not working . complaint to everyone airtel supervisor also but no one is calling not solving the problem. I want to discontinue airtel broadband service.
