In 2006, I joined Idea network. Competitive rates, Great coverage. After merging with @VodafoneGroup service deteriorated. Complaints went unanswered & autoresolved. When @ViCustomerCare came into picture it’s a disaster. Today ported to @airtelindia #FingersCrossed

@airtelindia Worst service, worst app I can't even change my primary number associated with my d2h in airtel thanks app. The installation guy who told all channels free for 6 months before installing but no Hindi channels are there. Pathetic.
