@airtelindia Your Broadband has the worst customer service. I have being calling customer care but the issue isn't resolved. It's been more than 2 days no internet connection had to rely on Mobile data.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews mobile network signal status shows only 1 bar. It is impossible to get OTP with such signal levels. Pls install signal booster at Omega Paradise Phase 1 Wakad, Pune where row houses are eclipsed by 10 storied high rises. Pls do needful.

Finally got rid of the @airtelindia xstream. Useless customer care filled with nothing than bots. False claims and overcharges you. NEVER BUY it unless you want to keep it in a museum and tell the generations ahead of what useless things existed during your time.
