It's really hard for airtel users... @airtelindia telling that world fastest network, but speeds gets lower in some regions, now new tariff plans that at the higher cost, is this really fair @airtelindia? To be sure many airtel users gonna shift to another service, I'm one among.

Dear @airtelindia This is so disappointing that your customer service is utter worst. I’m trying to shift my Airtel Broadband within the City and “Thanks App” shows Server Unavailable since 5 days. Customer Service don’t give a damn when I call 121. They are careless and rude.
