    Contd. 3) As a backup to powercut, I am switching to mobile. However, mobile network by @airtelindia is terrible in this locality. Hope Airtel could address this issue.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtel #JIO no network in outdoor also. Is it in computation with Airtel. Both the networks are not providing indoor signal in my area. Both are in same race. Waste networks. These networks r good in advertisements only.

    @airtelindia Now that they have installed only Wifi router and not installed settop box. We have to wait and suffer for few more days. Never expected this kind of sevice from you @airtelindia

    Disgusted with @airtelindia! Ticket 11037879005 (Aug 14) unresolved. CC Manager Sandeep Kumar gave lame voltage excuses, refused service, & threatened me on refund/cancellation. Zero customer respect. Fix my broadband ASAP & take action against Sandeep! #AirtelIndia #AirtelDown

    @Airtel_Presence Update- As i said, you once again closed my service request without any real resolution. I have given my dissatisfaction code to reopen the service request but think of that you once again arbitrarily closed my request is absolutely unacceptable. @airtelindia @DoT_India

    If you are planning for a @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia broadband, consider terminating it's contract is impossible which would also mean they will never take back their device and refund deposit. Has anyone taken them to court??

    @airtelindia you have the most terrible customer service. The guy, Abhishek, told that we have apparently consumed 3000GB in a month with no data usage report or monthly report that he can share or/is available on the website/App And our monthly average before this was 400GB

    @airtelindia @AdobeExpress @airtelindia My Wi-Fi keeps disconnecting. Support fixes it temporarily, but the same issue returns after a few hours. Please fix the root cause, not just run another diagnostic. If you can’t resolve it, let me know so I can switch providers. #BheedMeinBhiSpeed 🙄
