    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtel #JIO no network in outdoor also. Is it in computation with Airtel. Both the networks are not providing indoor signal in my area. Both are in same race. Waste networks. These networks r good in advertisements only.

    To complain about the Internet not working issue, I was using the airtel app to diagnose using wifi network and the app then asked me to switch to the mobile network, If the mobile network was working then why I would have been complaining :D @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia worst customer service it's been more than 24 hours with a broad band problem. They send Tacniticon he just comes and sees and goes with no solution. Is this the way you give customer service. Very Disappointed.

    @Airtel_Presence Please dont reply just for formality. It has been 5 days since i have written to airtel customer care but no concrete action. My sim incoming is removed by airtel. I paid 1799 but recharge not done This shows how bad service at Airtel customer care.@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
