@JioCare @reliancejio @jio @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtel #JIO no network in outdoor also. Is it in computation with Airtel. Both the networks are not providing indoor signal in my area. Both are in same race. Waste networks. These networks r good in advertisements only.

Contd. 3) As a backup to powercut, I am switching to mobile. However, mobile network by @airtelindia is terrible in this locality. Hope Airtel could address this issue.

It is high time @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am tweeting again in hope that you actually care about the customer experience. I have been getting less that 2 Mbps speed since 1 year. I am an Airtel Platinum customer and raised the issue in the past as well.

@airtelindia while porting to Airtel network Postpaid they have committed to provide 50gb of data and till now it's not applied it's been 3 months now. Spoke with Brijesh and Bharati they had committed while porting escalated already to them now they are not replying need help.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My airtel prepaid SIM is not working for last few months. Local customer care office in Kota city says it is ok in the system.Can't do any bank transaction & get new SIM as i am out of India. Is there any solution else i will switch to Jio later on.
