    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtel #JIO no network in outdoor also. Is it in computation with Airtel. Both the networks are not providing indoor signal in my area. Both are in same race. Waste networks. These networks r good in advertisements only.

    Contd. 3) As a backup to powercut, I am switching to mobile. However, mobile network by @airtelindia is terrible in this locality. Hope Airtel could address this issue.

    @airtelindia Customer care should have representatives who can communicate in English or the local language. Connecting customers to a Hindi-only representative makes communication difficult and wastes everyone’s time. #Airtel #CustomerCare

    Hey @airtelindia, Is there anybody in your company who has accountability w.r.t customer issues and ensure that the services work with minimal disruption ?. Right in the heart of Chennai, one of the biggest metropolitan cities in India, you are not able to manage wifi services w.o frequent disconnections .. total disconnection for last 24 hrs, which has happened a dozen times in 3 months. Remember your are a listed company. You need to get your act right when even our **** have become more efficient. #airtel @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence the broadband internet is completely down snd there is no option in IVR to reach a human who can understand or acknowledge the issue. Completely ridiculous . Pls help me in reaching out to customer care instead of giving bot based answers over IVR

    @airtelindia What are the issues with your Air Fiber? Every now and then it has speed issues, giving speeds in kbps. Can’t even do simple scrolling. Changed plan from 100 Mbps to 40 Mbps and speed went from 340 kbps to 1.3 Mbps. What the heck?
