    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence When I called up again, was told that it’s valid charge, even after I mentioned to refer refer the notes. When the customer representative was not able to resolve, asked to escalate, was told I will get a callback which never happened! Unethical!!

    @airtelindia Just try to make sense of it. You guys take 20 days for a network complaint and close it. Customer again raise a complaint and take another 20 days. At the end tickets get closed automatically. How pathetic @airtelindia service is. Another Vijay Mallaya in making

    @airtelindia paying for 4g bt past 10 days my mobile speed is showing EDGE..without WiFi I can’t use any application. today I raised complaint coz m gonna travel and will need mobile internet for sure but to my surprise u guys will need 15 days to resolve ?? Ru serious?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I had travelled to USA recently and upon switching on the phone found out the international roaming is auto enabled. I immediately disabled data, and called up customer care. I was told notes has been updated and I will not be charged. 1/2

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence very poor services .. Internet not working from last 72 hrs . Complaint raised 5 times . No respond from your team . Sorry to say but hopeless .

    @airtelindia I haven't recharged my internet connection bcoz it cudn't get relocated to my new place as airtel doesn't serve this area. When I called to deactivate the service I was asked to recharge with 943 rs to get my service deactivated. @AshwiniVaishnaw #CustomerHarassment

    Still nothing changed @airtelindia the speed of your net is decreasing day by day as the prices are increasing whats the meaning of buying these expensive plans , the speed of the net is really going down can't even browse my internet . I am really very fed-up with this .
