For Eg while recharging my cash detected twice i made a complaint later there was no response after regular followup every day cash returned Airtel C.C is decent No issues W Singal/4G is excellent

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Broadband 04449596478 not working since 1600 hrs 4.11. Airtel APP does not register complaint.And Airtel office MG Road also cannot register. They said system not accepting !!! What should one do.

    @airtelindia Airtel is good for nothing.first improve your 4G services than go for 5G and cc executive are pathetic, IVR is worst and no response on social media complaint. Going to switch to JIO.

    @airtelindia raised a request for shifting my xstream fibre connection on 21st nov, it was supposed to be closed on 24th Nov, till today only 1 call from airtel, issue still unresolved.

    @airtelindia @airtelindia There is NO PROPER SYSTEM in AIRTEL Hyderabad,to address TECHNICAL FAULTS and WIFI DOWN . Customer support team collect PERSONAL DATA of customers and sell to fraudsters to empty ur bank accounts. Be careful with Airtel staff.Complaint no. 10941271644

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Your team took payment for the fiber connection, but the conection was never installed. Despite multiple followups, the refund is still pending. Please resolve this immediately and process the refund ASAP. This kind of service is very disappointing.

    @airtelindia what sort of ponzi activities ur staff in muzaffarnagar, uttar pradesh is involved? Is it a company process to betray customer by promising 4 connections in 1798 plus gst then later on not adding it. First the wifi installation took forever. Now this ?

    @airtelindia do not make recharge online with airtel, they deduct your money and do not renew your plan just give you transaction ID nothing else. At Customer care no human to reply either on call or on chat.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence tell the world what is the procedure to disconnect wifi mesh? BECAUSE YOU DON’T EVEN HAVE ONE, AND YOU DON’T KNOW HOW TO DISCONNECT IT, your team is just going on a loop!! So Stupid of you and shame on you people.

    @airtelindia why there is no way to connect to your customer support? Everything is automated and useless. I am not able to transfer my esim and now I am not able to use it 😡 @reliancejio has better transfer process than yours. Need support related to this @airtelindia

    Even here, there has not been a single response from @airtelindia other than they are sorry. Nobody is ready to fix the service quality, but atleast let me move out of airtel.. This is so frustrating.

    Very disappointed with @airtelindia services. I regularly recharge both my WiFi and SIM, but every month the WiFi stops working for 3–4 days with no compensation. If I recharge for 28 days, why am I losing several days of service?
