All I needed was internet shifted from one house to another. My new house is just one floor above. I am still waiting. The scheduled date was March 14th. @airtelindia I have called customer care multiple times. No use. What is this?!

@airtelindia My airtel broadband went dead last Thursday, fault attributed 2 a cable cut, rectified on Sunday but down again since this morning. in the last 5 days, it has worked only for 1.5 days. Complaint number 10121969462. Service highly unsatisfactory. Pls resolve asap

Ported from Airtel to jio. Airtel is genuine, if no network they show no network, jio on the other hand,full bars but calls do not connect . Bought another Airtel sim to check if the device is faulty. Airtel works seamlessly. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia when I ordered Airtel prepaid broadband Connection your service provider told me that there is a Security charge and 1 months plan charge total of 1589 and fiber wire changes is 1000. Now I want to disconnect the broadband connection and get to my SC money back.
