    @airtelindia raised a request for shifting my xstream fibre connection on 21st nov, it was supposed to be closed on 24th Nov, till today only 1 call from airtel, issue still unresolved.

    @ACTFibernet I hv paid 1 year Subscription in mrs.R.Lakshmi’s name.Last 72 Hrs,there is No-internet connection & Ur service is very bad.None of ur staffs r responding wt respect.Infact some hv abused my staff & threatened us to surrender #Broadband.FYKI @reliancejio @airtelindia

    @SandipGhose @kkalpu Users are at the mercy of telcos. Payment on @airtelindia portal proved risky, inspite of bank confirmation Airtel denies payment, lodged case with ciber police. Am not alone found another person in same situation. Is any one willing to help on cyber crime case?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , You are the worst service provider in the earth. Getting money every month in the name of airtel black and really doing a scam. Poor coverage inside the house, raised more than 7 requests since August. You just close requests without resolving

    @airtelindia pathetic service and customer care giving service manager number but he is no more with airtel... sad to share. Internet is still not working from morning 10am. No action has been taken . Ping me separately for account or circuit ID.

    @airtelindia i have placed a request on 6th of September for shifting my broadband to new place within same city. I have received message yesterday that the team will be in touch with me for shifting today. But when i called customer service team they said theirs no such request

    @airtelindia major issue over the last 3 days with voice calls. Can you please support? Calls get dropped in 30 secs and most of the time voice breaks during the communication
