What the actual hell is wrong with @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare - no signal, full of call drops and not even a proper signal to browse a basic browse. Yuck, tons of tickets and their customer care casually closes everything. Time to move on to @airtelindia after 14 years.

@airtelindia, I have used internet services from 2-3 service providers and some of them were small in scale and some were big but one thing was common with them was quality of service and response time(root case in an hour or 2 and resolution in at max 5-8 hours) for the (1/3)
