@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Last 2 months various people in Airtel are promising resolution in 3 days unfortunately 3 days didn’t happen over last 2 months. On follow up they say your phone was busy! Really frustrating to deal with a dishonest brand!

@stormysid @airtelindia Airtel’s brand color is red, so is their customer service experience. Definitely not a trusted player in the arena of Fibernet. It is better to switch over to something reliable - ACT is one viable option.

@TheMohitGoswami @airtelindia Problem is not the speed, it's the latency. For online game or smooth responce, latency should be as low as possible. Wired Broadband offers 10ms, 5G is offering 48ms, that's bad.
