@airtelindia Pathetic products and services. My friend is stuck overseas with your useless sim card. +919535350803. He recharged 2 times with 1199 and me 1 time with 1199 and 99 both. Still number is inactive. Customer care says it is faulty SIM and we can't replace it there.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia ticket 10074431294 marked resolved without any fix. Technician initially visited suggested to replace modem device ! No actions and communication so far 5days pathetic service from support/technicians#airtelbroadband #Airtelxstreamfiber #AirtelDown

Horrendous service from @airtelindia. their customer care and complaint redressal sucks. I have been running pillar to post for the last 3 months for a service I paid for but which Airtel suspended unceremoniously!! Customer is the last thing Airtel is bothered about!!

@airtelindia I am looking to take new connection of fiber since last 25 days. Waited 15 days and then a airtel guy came.Then he took money,informed the connection will happen same day and now its already 3 days.He is not even picking up calls.Tickt id 21-26370041703.Poor service

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It is already 3rd day my connection not working and your customer care are closing the ticket without any reasons and we need to suffer for your poor operation , one of the worst operation for handling the issues , even the DM thing which you guys replay not work
