Earlier, I was using a WiFi extender/router along with your broadband connection without any issues. Recently, during a complaint visit, your technician informed me that the usage of WiFi extenders has been technically restricted or blocked from the backend team side. I humbly request Airtel authorities to kindly allow the usage of WiFi extender/router so that I can access uninterrupted broadband connectivity throughout my premises. The extender is essential for proper signal coverage and smooth internet usage. If the restriction continues, I may be forced to cancel the existing broadband connection and shift to another broadband service provider who permits such usage. Nagendar (@Chanti37901150) reported@airtelindia I shifted my WiFi/Broadband connection from Vizag to Coimbatore on 13 May, but even after 9 days the issue is still not resolved. I have called customer care daily and also visited the Airtel store in Coimbatore, but I am not getting a clear response.

Blank (@Gumnaaaam) reported@airtelindia has the worst customer service. I ported my number to airtel postpaid to join my wife's plan. The person who ported me told me I'll get auto added to her plan and now they billed her for a 2 sim plan and a 1 sim plan and are asking to pay 1300 for it.

Technician 7709627037 only visited once and gave false promises to resolve the issue. Call centre everyday give the same statement that the issue will be resolved on priority.
