@airtelindia, I and my roomates are trying to get a broadband connection but no one has contacted us so far. We even tried with different numbers hoping it was issue with one request only. But with every request, no response comes from your side. Very bad experience.

Hi @airtelindia , I requested you to transfer my BB connection, I received an Engineer contact thru SMS if I contact him no response, i have no idea why the service is like this, worst customer care service, you need us to pay bill on time, you're not solving our issues on time
