@airtelindia being a true airtel user, I don't deserve to get this bad customer service. Your support team knows well to waste customer time and divert calls. Even after multiple attempts from thanks app, retail shops etc to recharge international roaming pack, it's getting fail.

It's been 20 hours. My Airtel fiber is not working. Complained 3 times.Called customer care 4 times. The only thing i got was fake promises. Your engineer is not even picking up the call. God knows when will Airtel behave sensibly to its customers @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

Since last 4 days, xtremefiber service from @airtelindia is not working, really frustrating service from @Airtel_Presence.. contacted customer care as well as available contacts but no solution yet..
