    @airtelindia, @Airtel_Presence I use Airtel Wi-Fi My connection went off yesterday Ticket No. 11028079464 you fixed it today afternoon the issue reappeared, reopen the ticket-your helpline contacted but cannot regd a tic- please treat this as urgent 2 days service outage

    @airtelindia With utmost frustration with whatever has been happening since last few days. My wifi is off since 2nd April and i raised a complaint. Everyday i spend 2 to 3 hours talking to customer care and they keep repeating the monotonous tone to wait. Complaint- 11027789193

    @airtelindia Dear Airtel India, This is so unfortunate that a wifi connection is installed 2 weeks back have malfunctioned twice. Moreover, the response from your team and customer care is so disgusting to say the list. You may be number 1 telecom operator but your wifi is ****.
