I wanted to switch over to XStream Fiber but this entire process has been the worst experience. Airtel’s representatives seem trained to con. Took the money, promised multiple installation dates and ghosted. Airtels helpline goes unanswered too. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia applied for a airtel xtreme fiber connection..more than 48 hours..but connection not started...promise of connection start working in 24 hrs seem to be failing and only just a catchy phrase to fish customers...poor service...no customer care support...!!
