they cannot do that. On asking to send me all the details on email for all the denials mentioned or text me the same, they denied to do that as well. According to Chirag I wasn’t being professional on call. Trust me @airtelindia I am more than happy to escalate this issue further

@TRAI how come telecome operators are denying me sending SMS even though I have enough balance in my account. If u allow this to go on,their might be a day where we might have to pay for each telecom tower we want to receive signal from ..@JioCare @airtelindia
