    @airtelindia Kly clarify Whether after expiry of 'Data Pack' 'talktime' rechg, 2 keep calls and text(SMS) operational thro' Cellular network is permissible? If no then why any talktime recharge out of ignorance is not refunded following rechg of Data Pack?@airtel_Presence @TRAI
