    @airtelindia My Airtel network is not working. Reporting from Wakad Pune. This is happening every alternate days leading to big loss n missing important meetings. Y there is issues? U charge so high bt offer very poor service. Happy to shift to othr network if you can’t handle.

    @yashsood25 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Customer care is a farce. They are clueless to what is happening . Service engineer never respects them and back end team is somewhere back. They give a time slot for engineer visit and then their engineer goes missing . We have to suffer their incompetence

    @airtelindia You are selling packages blindly but when it comes to service, Its NIL👎🏻👎🏻. I am using airtel black and want to switch off the services for few days but there is no direct option to off/on to save the money. Dont confuse ur loyal customers 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

    @airtelindia i want to stop broadband and dth service and i am a unfortunate airtel black customer. As per the process i need to unbundle first and it is stuck at that point only. I have cleared all bills till today and still it is not done. @trai please look into this airtelscam

    I spoke to Subhash from ‘dedicated relationship team’. He has said- resolution will be given in 1 hr. If I dont get it, I won’t call again, pls disconnect my wifi now. I will not pay a penny for this month bcz I have been unable to use wifi anyways. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
