@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia day 15, issues unresolved. As confirmed by the Airtel tech team earlier, the router is outdated - it's the one with 2 antennas that doesn't support full 100 Mbps speed hence the lag. Very bad service, it's appalling.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia really disappointed with Airtel app and it has become worst. Even earlier we have shared screenshots and customer are not able to recharge or do any activities expecting buying new connections.
