@Airtel_Presence please check my internet issue already registered a complaint in the app and sent detail in Dm. Internet is down for more than 3days and still no resolution. @airtelindia @JioCare please provide connection in my locality. Many people are fedup and will switch.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Complied a lot, told everything but hears that nodal officer takes customer care sub bus complaints and says to wait 11 days, my recharge is 839 and why should I stop, you have increased my recharge for 10 days if there is a network problem

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence There is no way to reach your customer care via IVR!! Bill date is 22nd but on the app it shows bill is overdue, what kind of information mashup is this?? Please correct this asap and confirm. Call me back if you need any further info !!
