Now @airtelindia tells me that my number has been separated from the airtel black plan for which they dont have an evidence when such a request was raised. @Airtel_Presence can you please look into the matter urgently as the customer support team was not able to help me.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence The customer support team is saying that they can take a request to add my number to the plan however i need to clear the amount due on my number for which i am not ready as when i have not raised to separate my number from the Airtel black plan.

@airtelindia I raised 2 requests on 04-Jun-22, made numerous calls & followups, not resolved yet. Broadband Plan Change and Coverage+ Requests. I was committed multiple times, all failed. Sorry to say extremely poor service experience so far. DM for details.
