    Team Airtel, what a pathetic customer support that despite sharing all details, calling multiple customer care executives, and getting the same answer, Airtel failed to address my concerns and now I am helpless since my money is also gone. Shameful @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia 15 years as your customer and THIS is the thanks? I registered for DND. You did NOTHING. Now I'm in Australia getting spammed daily while YOU profit off roaming charges for calls I never wanted. Absolute disgrace. Fix this. @TRAI please take note.

    @Airtel_Presence No @airtelindia, spare me your garbage "support. Paid every bill on time, got zero network coverage in return for 2 months. All I got canned responses. Switched to prepaid and will be porting out this month. To save myself the headache. :-)

    .@airtelindia @TRAI I’ve been struggling with poor network and internet connectivity on my Airtel postpaid connection for the past 3 month. Despite multiple complaints, no proper action has been taken, the option to connect with customer care have been removed. @DoT_India
