You are taking platform fee and full amount from me and still paying my srevice provider less amount. You are responsible for this short payment and you should compensate

  @AdarshKumar5627 @airtelindia Airtel is misleading its customers by advertising "Unlimited 5G Data" while the service does not actually provide truly unlimited usage as promised. Customers are being led to believe that they can use unlimited 5G data, but restrictions and limitations are imposed in practice.

  @airtelindia , My Xtream fibre internet has been down for the last 3 days. Despite repeated complaints, I’m only getting false restoration timelines and no resolution. This is unacceptable. I want to discontinue the connection. Please respond urgently.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI It's been over a month and Airtel has still failed to restore 5G service despite repeated complaints. I paid ₹649 for Unlimited 5G but cannot use it at my location. Why are customers being charged for a service that isn't being provided?
