    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI This is unacceptable. A senior citizen should not have to go through this for a simple SIM migration. Please resolve this immediately. If this continues, I will be compelled to approach the Consumer Commission for deficiency in service and the harassment caused. (4/5)

    @airtelindia I paid for Wi-Fi on 14 July. Three days later, no installation. Technician Jhon cited a “12-metre wire limit” never disclosed before payment. Complaint emails also gave no satisfactory response. Stop wasting my time—install it now or refund me in full.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My ₹349 Unlimited 5G plan is active, and your customer care has confirmed it. My phone stays on 5G, but after my daily 2GB is exhausted, the internet stops completely. check my 5G provisioning and resolve this issue.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Shared my number via DM. One more thing, the Call Center isn't equipped to answer queries & did not provide any resolution on approx 11 calls made over last 21 days. When asked to speak to supervisor, (s)he was "Busy" in important work ! I wonder!!!

    @ChekrishnaCk when did they provide unlimited 5G? Despite my family using 5G devices on active 'unlimited 5G' plans, the network defaults to consuming our 4G data quota. Once that is exhausted, we experience severe speed drops and are prompted to purchase top-ups. It's all Fake @airtelindia
