    @TRAI I have purchased family postpaid plan of @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia last Thursday. But till date my wife’s number is not added by their team. However, they are charging me for family plan all these days. Kindly support

    @airtelindia Your bot keeps repeating that roaming is active, but my SIM is not detecting any network in UAE at all (No service). Manual network search shows no networks. This is clearly a backend issue. I need urgent HLR reset / SIM reprovision. I am completely locked.

    My @airtelindia mobile data was far better than this so-called AirFiber connection. Such poor service and customer support despite repeated complaints. Very disappointing experience with Jio AirFiber.

    If this issue still remains unresolved despite repeated follow-ups, contradictory explanations, and unauthorized billing, I will be left with no option but to escalate the matter through the consumer grievance and legal channels. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @gopalvittal
