Cannot file a network complaint on your we site not even to your customer care. When tried to file a complaint to customer care we get to hear that there’s system outage and cannot file the same please call after sometime @airtelindia this is how you claim to be best ? #porting

@airtelindia I have raised a request as on 20 Mar'22 expected date of resolution was given 24 Mar'22. But even today status is pending. Doing follow up with customer care but no body knows the reason. Is there anyone who could check and close the issue?? Ticket id: 10025700709
