@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I'm a platinum customer and I have a broadband plan of upto 40mbps speed but getting 2-3mbps speed from the last several months. I have raised the issue several times but the technician says there is no issue in the line. I asked him to change(1/2)

@Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I cld yo customer care as i didn't use data at all today still 560mb odd is showing as remaining data out of 1.5gb And she was too rude, didn't answer well and cut the call in between Is this the way you treat customers? Worst service providers
