@airtelindia @TRAI @jagograhakjago Airtel says for every service is door step and asked to take high rate plan. Customer took high rate plan, now they are asking to visit store everytime for verification. Airtel stupid service. What door step delivery of sim ?

@reliancejio @airtelindia worst service if jio.. really pathetic, not able to make calls no networks. Have just ported 5 days back. Customer care says we have weak network in your area. Why did you port my Sim then. Can I switch to airtel immediately, airtel team please help

@airtelindia 2/n He left his phone with Airtel SIM at home and the prepaid SIM was working fine until 2 days back. I had checked with the Airtel Customer Care and they confirmed that the connection is still active and there could be issue with the SIM.
