    @airtelindia My broadband issue is still unresolved despite escalating through email & Twitter. Internet consistently goes down between 3 AM–7 AM. No technician has visited my house. Some agents say it is a network issue, but nobody is checking the actual connection.

    @airtelindia @AdobeExpress I recharged my Airtel plan with a Hotstar subscription, but it’s not working. Can someone help? Airtel customer care is not helping and just keeps transferring calls. Airtel has become useless. @TRAI

    @airtelindia FYI .. I hv ported out my entire family from Airtel .. we've used ur service 4 over 19 years. Ur greed & arm twisting tactic of forcing users to buy whatever U pushed thru our gullet didn't work this time. Am sure there will be others waiting to do the same.
