    @ViCustomerCare told me after visiting belgaum branch- In order to get a 4g SIM i need to go to Delhi because my number belongs from there(Sounded insane and absurd) so much for being a customer for 12 years, hence I decided to port to @airtelindia

    I applied for a new connection of Airtel Fiber last week. But no one is available from Airtel to even call and ask for the details and didn’t bother about my query. Thank God I got aware about the service quality before installation. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
