@airtelindia why I am not able to use internet on my mobile, the network connectivity is atrocious. DMs to your social media accounts doesn't work as well. 123 customer care no. is a maze ,no way one can talk to the customer care executives. Yearly recharge😡

@airtelindia Kindly improve your internet connectivity it's really a disaster.. I leave at salt Lake sector V, Kolkata but your connection is near 2G and even below that... You take charge for 4G can't even provide 3G internet speed... Literally frustrated with airtel... Customer service zero

@airtelindia Big fraudsters..cheaters.. I recharged mobile on 12/03/2022 with order ID 6908395034043654144. The amount was deducted but recharge was not done. I contacted customer care where I was told the amount should refund back in 7-10 days. Now 11 days have passed but no refund.
