Stop fooling your customers by deducting data unnecessarily. When I complained about it over customer care they didn’t bother at all and disconnected the call twice !! Being a customer since 2011 and getting such unprofessional behaviour is completely unacceptable. @airtelindia

Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, Idk how monthly bill charges shoot up like compound interest I was told monthly bill for dth fiber will be ~800. But every month charges increases last month I paid 1100, this month charging 1800. Is this your service? Better I'll go back to Jio
