    @airtelindia @airtelindia I've been an Airtel customer for 10+ years. I have a 5G phone and an active 5G recharge, but I'm unable to use 5G despite being in a 5G coverage urban area.the network is very weak and the internet barely works. Please resolve this issue ASAP.

    @airtelindia This is the msg I received Hi, your service request 13895440621 has been assigned to engineer Yogesh Pandey (07625098535). He will contact you on 27-Jul-2026 between 01:00 PM - 02:00 PM. Yogesh pandey declined to repair my wifi

    So finally after doing unfruitful complaint to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence regarding fake discount offered to me.. I am being told to physically visit the store for demering the number first from wifi and than wait for 7 days before deactivating my connection...gr8..

    Poor mobile network at Suraksha Smart City, Vasai East, Palghar. Residents face weak signal, frequent call drops and poor internet, especially indoors. Requesting a network survey and installation of a Mobile Tower/IBS. @JioCare @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare
