  @Airtel_Presence With no competition unfortunately @airtelindia is working like BSNL. They know the resolution and they are stuck in approval cycles. So @Airtel_Presence please disconnect my both WiFi connections.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I didn't get the Amazon Prime benefit but in airtel thanks it shows as activated. Just map amazon prime to my airtel registered email of mobile number.. Case registered a week ago but no resolution yet.. Case id: 10783494761 Please resolve asap

  @Ansuman_bhr @TechDekhoji @airtelindia 198 just say AI to I want to talk cs support team then they redirect to number option press one internet and calls 2 for other then just keep listening there commands when ever you got press 9 for talk to cs press it abd you good to go

  State of broadband in india. 2 @reliancejio fiber connections. None works. Can't even get to customer service leave alone get it repaired. @airtelindia goes even one step ahead. Try to buy a new broadband connection online and can't even enter my address manually. Hello BSNL!
