    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 79 is the minimum to just keep my SIM. Without any benefits. And 129 is the minimum to send a single SMS. Disgusting. Plans make us hate and loathe your company. I'm porting from airtel. Take your 129, I don't wanna be a part of this crappy network.

    @airtelindia After I communicate and explain my problem on Twitter and I got a call from Delhi customer service that the problem will be resolved a s a p still nobody has contacted me. This is not only pathetic but a disgrace to customer service. What a shame !

    @airtelnews the brand, the reputation is all understood but what about harassing customers for the smallest refunds? Your customer care people lying with utmost confidence @airtelindia at least have the courtesy to follow up??

    @airtelindia Made a request for shifting the Airtel Fibre Connection to a different address on 27th July 2021. 4 done has gone by and no response. Also contacted the nearby Airtel Office and they said we can't help you in this matter. Please let me know whom to reach now ?
