.@airtelindia Whenever I have used 90% data right before 12 am and continued to use the data, I get notified that I have used 100% data around 12.15 am for the next day as well! How is this a fair service?

@airtelindia such a poor customer experience. I do not see data pack activated after recharge. Unable to connect with customer executive. It is simply raising a dispute that has SLA of over 10 days.m what I'm supposed to do for 10 days after done with the recharge

@airtelindia is this how you manage to achieve 0 complaints mark? I've raised over 20 complaints regarding my bill dispute and had a conversation with so many 121 assisters, supervisors, appellate, modal officer but yet there has been no call back or solution provided.
