    @airtelindia you guys still make people suffer about network issue.. You claim to provide the fastest network but its the worst network in our area. It has been more than month after complaint & i'm still facing network issues. Do make clear that will it be solved or not.

    Broadband outage in Bangalore. Against an online ticket that I raised @airtelindia responds with a “regret inconvenience blah blah blah. Will resolve in 9 working days ...”. I would not expect this even from BSNL 😡😡. #Airtel #airtelthanks #airtelsucks

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My internet continue to remain suspended since yesterday. Seems like you are not interested in solving a simple problem. Solution is just allow me the freedom to choose the plan, you cant restrict me with one single plan that too for min of 3 months

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia, the SR has been closed, but problems still persist. If this is the way you're going to attend SRs why do you ask customers to raise SR the first place? Nothing has changed, I can't make calls, very slow data rate, everything is still same, but SR is closed.
