@rsprasad Sir, I do respect you a lot. But @DoT_India ministered by you is a highly ineffective organisation. Telecom providers like @airtelindia are abusing the common people of india and there is no where common people can approach to help them against preachy practices.

It was 6 days ago when I asked @Airtel_Presence how to check my data balance. Why can't you resolve a very simple and basic issue? Do you lack in technical expertise, if so then hire one or outsource the same. But tend to customer queries on priority. @airtelindia

@ViCustomerCare pathetic network i have recharged with 56 days validity recharge and not able to use net for 20 days , now i just have to survive one month more , now i will not recharge vi in my whole life @airtelindia is the only best option now .#byevi
