    @airtelindia the internet is down since three days Broadband your engineer has not resolved the issue while tata resolved the issue within 2 hours care to explain? Why such lethargic services. I get stupid reason still the engineer has not visited.

    @airtelindia hi can you check why the phone which my mother using is not getting Volte service the voice goes through 2G and it keeps cracking I changed it to Nokia 8210 4G but even in this the Volte is not working. Need help. Once you respond will DM the number

    @Airtel_Presence you took Rs 1500 from me on 26th jan for DTH no service e activated atill And you charge me 100 Re if I am late by 1 day to make payment for postpaid. Raised a complaint on 27th Feb but no solution What pathetic louy service is this? @airtelindia @airtel

    @airtelindia I am traveling and you know how important it is to have an active data network to book hotels, cabs and using maps. But I don't know why my network is showing EDGE and still it's not working. It is pathetic to face such kind of issues in an unknown City.

    @airtelindia- I called customer care on Jan 2nd and informed that I want to unbundle few services and I was informed that I need to pay my unbilled amount during that time and I had issues with the bill and requested for a Clarity
