@airtelindia My Phone SIM not working for two weeks. I am stuck with not getting OTP for urgent bill payments. You are utterly hopeless. I have tried sending emails and DM in FB. No reply. Pathetic customer service. No one answers the phone when I call either.

@airtelindia Recharge issue. As per the last communication from you I had done the recharge on 23rd to get price change benefit. It also said the new plan will start after the expiry of my current plan, but I see my current plan days have deducted. No help from CC team.

Internet issue ... I'm using Airtel since from last 8 year's and I think if your not able to give your best in 4g then please stop running for 5g first make better your current one then think for your upcoming one . @airtelindia
