    @airtelindia Airtel Black appears to be only on paper. In reality services are pathetic. Internet issues take long despite giving tall promises! Send someone to resolve my internet instead of changing dates. Suffering since 3 months. For some or other issue internet goes away! :(

    @airtelindia Very poor internet after 2.5GB/day plan. Not working anywhere (home & office). Earlier 2GB plan was fine. In a month, I could not even use 5GB data. Complained many times, no solution. Port request to Jio already raised. Fix ASAP or I will port. Details in DM.

    Day 4: Still no resolution from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence! My Air-Fiber (A/c 20029123057) has a severe "Flapping" issue—works for 5 secs, dead for 5 mins. ​Instead of fixing, team gives 4G coverage excuses. Need a senior engineer onsite NOW! #AirtelDown #AirtelAirFiber

This kind of greed and neglect is exactly what killed giants like Nokia. With pathetic customer service and a careless attitude, Airtel is walking the same path to downfall

    @JioCare @airtelindia (1/2) People say "Customer is King", but these 3 years of internet service from @JioCare were like torture—humiliating and frustrating. I was treated as if they were doing me a favor by letting me use their service every time there was an issue.
