@airtelindia @sunilbmittal @vittalgopal I think we have to think from customer view, and some some programs what you lonched are not reached to common men properly like airtel money, insurance wit recharge, cash back. So we have to lonch some new basic schemes ithink.

@airtelindia 3 days ago that 5 of electric pole fell by big tree including V-fiber cable broken.Then, Yesterday Airtel Team visited n replace with new cable after electric upper pole restore,but internet is not yet connected .So await for restore internet.Service Req 117996726

What kind of inferior service is offered by Airtel? I have been using Airtel for 6-7 years. But now it seems that the network will have to be changed. I have been complaining for 10-15 days that my internet is not working but Airtel is still not taking any action. @airtelindia
