@airtelindia @sunilbmittal @vittalgopal I think we have to think from customer view, and some some programs what you lonched are not reached to common men properly like airtel money, insurance wit recharge, cash back. So we have to lonch some new basic schemes ithink.

@airtelindia @sunilbmittal @vittalgopal Some schemes in my knowledge 1. Network holiday... No calls, data, sms for the day.. In place of that day 9rs to customers or 1 day extension maximum 2 days for month 2 data speed plan, I.e for rc amount speed will increase

@airtelindia Hey guys, I called to block a SIM due to a mishap and your customer care is absolutely useless. They just give a template response - go to Airtel store. Is the airtel store open 24 hrs? Is this how you deal with emergencies?
