I think after I registered complaint in twitter on Tuesday after that only I am unable to acces to 4G. Very sad.

By mistake converted to postpaid asked to cnvrt back to prepaid.They didwithout telling previous recharge will lapse. Now telling my recharge lapsed.Pathetic service.

Screenshots and evidence emailed. Kindly fix your backend instead of sending customers in circles.
