@airtelindia @sunilbmittal @vittalgopal Some schemes in my knowledge 1. Network holiday... No calls, data, sms for the day.. In place of that day 9rs to customers or 1 day extension maximum 2 days for month 2 data speed plan, I.e for rc amount speed will increase

Dear @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I don’t understand if your customer care executives are sleepy or drunk. It’s pathetic the way they reply on call. I just had to face a very lethargic executive. I have 2 broadband connections and 1 DTH connections but I guess it doesn’t matter.
