I think I have wrongly chosen airtel xtreme broadband of @airtelindia. Its signal strength is very poort and not connecting to tv in the next room. Totally disappointed as the sales executive and others keep giving numbers of others to complaint, but no one ready to resolve.

Hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence my sim card stopped working and it's been 24 hours, can't raise a ticket on Airtel app or IVR. DONT GIVE A LAME RESPONSE ASKING TO TAKE NEW SIM card from Airtel store. Same issue happened to few others at the same time. Karnataka roaming users.
