    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It's been more than 10 days ..I'm continuously facing network issues. Raised issue for the same and closed without resolving Ticket:COPRI3BLR20220112641936 Issue -Download speed is worst but upload speed is good ,Sometimes Vice versa. Solve it ASAP

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am facing frequent Internet problems from a month. No one is providing permanent resolution, no one is visiting the house for proper check. Please help me. I don't know what to do, since customer care is doing nothing.

    @airtelindia service request no. 21-3660288372. 1st call on bill plan change done on 14/12/2021 and still no resolution. Annual bill plan changed to monthly plan without any notification to my senior citizen parents. Last week called @airtelindia almost four times for the same.

    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , why is it so difficult to reach a customer care representative !!! I have been trying to reach a customer care executive for past 3 days, but just getting looped by the IVR. Sometimes we need a real person to address our problem, not a bot !!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am struggling to get new broadband connection. I have paid the amount and installation team came two times to try installation but they were unable to do so. Now, it's been more than one week and nobody shown up till now. Pathetic service

    @airtelindia I installed new connection at my home. Airtel representative was not not installed properly. I am trying to call him last 2 days. No one is attending the call. Very worst service. All employees are competing thier target. No one is sincerely working.
