    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia not sure why I became a customer. No response to private messages. On unwanted channel got added and when I try to remove it the bill goes further up. Ridiculous! Thinking of cancelling once my credits are over.

    Despite repeated requests via customer care and X to disconnect my Airtel Xstream Fiber connection, Airtel has failed to process the disconnection and continues to generate monthly bills. I stopped using the service before (1/2) @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI

    Your representative assured me that on Safe Custody all charges would be waived for 6–12 months. Yet I’m still billed and getting 10+ router pickup calls daily. Issue my No Dues Certificate & resolve this immediately. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia I'm an Airtel Black customer and have been trying to get a billing issue resolved since 28 Jul. SRs: • 4514101846 (28 Jul) • 31-1000015266840 (1 Aug) • 4514480655 (3 Aug) Each time I was assured the billing correction/waiver would be processed. Nothing happened.

    Airtel's Wi-Fi installation process is a masterclass in incompetence. It's been nothing but delays, excuses, and zero accountability. Feels like a bench of buffoons is sitting at customer care and another on the field, making sure nothing gets done. @airtelindia #CustomerService
