    @Airtel_Presence , @airtelindia, from past 3 days I haven’t faced any network issues. I don’t know what you did for this but it is very great help to me. I hope this will continue long even though you get more number of customers.

    Day 2 with zero @airtelindia connectivity. Local team is ghosting, and the app won't let me raise a ticket due to an "area issue." Meanwhile, my work from home is entirely stalled. Is anyone going to fix this? @Airtel_Presence please look into this immediately.

    1/4 @airtelindia broadband service has honestly become one of the worst service experiences I’ve dealt with. Every single time I raise a service request and select a preferred time slot, Airtel completely ignores it.

    Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia, your local guy Vikas promised a resolution but is now ghosting my calls. Meanwhile, I can't even raise a ticket online because of an "area issue" error. It's been a full day of zero internet during WFH. Need this escalated NOW.

    @airtelindia It’s been eight days since I posted this ad and six since it was posted, yet there’s no resolution. You’ve also stopped calling me for two days now, which clearly shows you don’t have any intention of resolving this. I believe we can consider this if you are okay with me disconnecting all my three postpaid and WiFi connections and diluting my Airtel black. If you are still interested, please call me with a proper resolution and timeline. Otherwise, I will consider this a non-resolution and disconnect my connections.     However, till today, none of these offers have been activated. Every month, Airtel keeps making promises, but no action is taken. I am extremely disappointed with the service and support provided. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence #airtel
