    @airtelindia i am using your postpaid network, my mobile network is not working from last 2 days. I have sent an e mail regarding this the said we have solved the problem but its not working.can you please check and clear the problem.

    @Airtel_Presence , @airtelindia, from past 3 days I haven’t faced any network issues. I don’t know what you did for this but it is very great help to me. I hope this will continue long even though you get more number of customers.

    @airtelindia I have been trying to get my wifi connection terminated due to permanent movement outside of India. Request raised 10 days back, your team is unable to process the request! Why should I be paying for these 10 days? Terrible experience with Airtel!

    @airtelindia I raised this issue earlier on X, was asked to DM, and did so, but got no response. Despite multiple calls, receipt submission, SR 31-1000015554794 and Appellate escalation, my refund remains unresolved and services are affected. Please act urgently.

    Yes.. most importantly from @airtelindia My 90% is unused as I will always use wifi, but when I step out of home I feel very bad internet and unable to use it.

    Got @airtelindia DTH but facing a problem. U may accidentally add a channel while searching for a some channel. Just click the middle button twice adds the channel. The whole month's charge is added instantly. No way to get back your money. @Airtel_Presence look into this issue.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews @bhartiairtelfdn I have raised multiple complaints regarding the same issue, but the problem is still not resolved. The attached screenshots clearly show that several network complaints have already been marked as “completed”, despite the issue continuing.
