    @airtelindia i am using your postpaid network, my mobile network is not working from last 2 days. I have sent an e mail regarding this the said we have solved the problem but its not working.can you please check and clear the problem.

    @airtelindia is having so poor service despite raising complaints on x and multiple times on customer care my issue is pending don’t know if they lazy or incompetent or both.haven’t experienced such bad service with any brand in india

    @shashiiyengar Yes services detoriating very fast. And there is no way to raise complaint without going through 10 minutes of IVR crap. The whole system is designed to be customer un-friendly.@airtelindia

    Dear @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia This long duration duration of maintenance in a working weekday intresting, Firstly the mobile network already sucks and you are disconnecting our only source of connection. Atleast you can compensate right!

    Dear Airtel, Giving customers only 3 days to pay a postpaid bill is far too short. A minimum 7-day payment window would be much more practical and customer-friendly, giving people enough time to manage their finances. #Postpaid @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence #airtel

    Hi @airtelindia Even after multiple requests for disconnection & closure of Airtel wifi starting 1.June.2026 there is no resolution & bill is continuously generated & being falsely charged. Initially your CC executives were not willing to close connection and kept wasting time.

    Dear @airtelindia, Your Priority Plan has turned out to be one of my biggest regrets. Every alternate week, my Airtel Xstream Fiber goes down for hours during working days. When I switch to Airtel Fastlane 5G as a backup, it barely manages 1 Mbps—hardly what anyone would call 5G

    Why Airtel is not working in patna Kurthaul. Paying 399 or sometimes more for unlimited but Airtel service is still not ok. Idk how Airtel is going bad to worse in Kurthaul , Patna , Bihar @airtelindia
