Repeatedly had chat with customer executive on airtel thanks app. Followed all the steps told by every executive in the chat. They also admitted that I wasn't able to use it. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I came to my Village in Visakhapatnam in Ap state, my recharge is u limited data for 5g my nearby villages have 5g network but not my village, even though I don't have a problem. I have recharged data unlimited pack for one day, now the data not connecting.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel is a CHOR company. @TRAI i contacted customer support 2 weeks ago. I called them three days continuously. Each and every agent is clueless and just kept asking me to what 24 hours. Now it has been 2+ weeks. Useless fellows

    @airtelindia Without my consent why the phone is forwarding call when unreachable to 9871498714. I tried turning it off network not allowing it. Is this an Airtel's official number or setting? Or this is a spam. Please reply & if its spam plz turn it off as I'm unable to do it
