    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence my complaint id 657833189..I choose 9am-10a.m time for 28.07.26. Given engineer Sourav Mondal told me that he will not be able to visit my residence before 2.30p.m.Why?..didn't you people check before confirmation?need solution

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I live in ahirwan kanpur and you guys have thr worst service here , even comolaining in your app takes 5 days to get back to from your team , I have recharges for a whole year unlimited 5g plan , but leave 5g , I only get 4g in my house and that too

    @airtelindia My Airtel Money Wallet has been inactive for over six months despite multiple follow-ups with Customer Care. Due to this issue, I am unable to use my FASTag, causing repeated inconvenience and delays during my travel. I request your immediate intervention to activate my wallet.

    @airtelindia Every follow-up call is simply redirected to an IVR, forcing customers to navigate endless menus instead of connecting to someone who can actually help. This only wastes customers' valuable time and causes unnecessary frustration rather than resolving the issue.

    @airtelindia Customers pay for reliable connectivity and responsive support—not repeated IVR loops and unfulfilled promises. Kindly escalate this complaint, arrange an engineer visit at the earliest, and provide a permanent resolution. This level of customer service unacceptable
