    @Airtel_Presence , @airtelindia, from past 3 days I haven’t faced any network issues. I don’t know what you did for this but it is very great help to me. I hope this will continue long even though you get more number of customers.

    This is pathetic @airtelindia I have received no response from your team but I can see the workers trying the fix the pole outside. This is no way your fix as I and other airtel customers have been in call with agents, hence the visit by them. You guys are pathetic

    Dear @airtelindia , why does Airtel Fibre keep failing in my area? The fibre cable seems to break repeatedly, causing frequent internet outages. I work from home and these disruptions affect my job. I’m paying for a reliable service when will there be a permanent solution?

    @airtelindia you hav pathetic automated customer support. I hav recharged recently to 25gb pack and hav hardly used my internet and u hav marked to 0mb asking me to recharge again. Unacceptable. Pls share my complete data usage details of the current active pack

    @airtelindia Your internet has been terrible for almost a month. The network is slow and often unusable, and even 121 customer care is not connecting. Fix this immediately, or I will switch to Jio, which seems far better than Airtel. @Airtel_Presence
