    @Airtel_Presence , @airtelindia, from past 3 days I haven’t faced any network issues. I don’t know what you did for this but it is very great help to me. I hope this will continue long even though you get more number of customers.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I was promised a late payment waiver for not cancelling my postpaid number. But again this month you've charged me late payment fees where you were still not able to resolve the network issue. @TRAI

    @airtelindia I've been trying to get my Wi-Fi fixed, but your agents seem more interested in transferring calls than solving the issue. I live in Noida, not a remote village. How is basic support still this difficult in a housing society? Please help!

    I had disconnected my Airtel WiFi connection on time and already paid the final bill, with proof shared via email and calls. Still, I’m continuously receiving bills for no reason. This is unacceptable customer service. Resolve this issue and stop the false billing. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia ur service sucks... stop sending promotional messages that you can't fulfill when needed. tried activating roaming in Vietnam but ur ****** service won't work and ur cust care are useless
