    @airtelindia @Airtel_PresenceI On 21 March I received confirmation that my Airtel Wi-Fi connection would be disconnected and billing stopped within 7 days. Request ID: 11027108757But the connection was never closed and Airtel generated another bill again. Please resolve this.

    @PrimeVideo @airtelindia there is audio problem when playing content in prime video from the app in xtreme tv. It’s been there for months. No point in taking premium membership

    Hello @airtelindia. I am being forced to post this once again about the PTR record which I had requested. Your team has done nothing at all so far. It makes promises on phone which it doesn't deliver on. Your support is terrible to say the least.

    @airtelindia Why does it take 15 days to resolve a network issue when an “agent assigned” update itself comes only after 5 days? Interesting choice of words too — calling it a “request” instead of a complaint subtly shifts the mindset from “customer issue to be fixed” to “favor to be granted.” Customers paying monthly rental are not asking for charity; they are paying for a service. If service is unavailable for days, why should customers pay full monthly rent? Will Airtel waive charges for the 15-day disruption period? @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence From this morning onwards I'm facing No sim issue. When I went to T Nagar Chennai showroom they were asking for a sim replacement for which I have to pay Rs. 50 and the Manager Mr. Sudhakar does not respond properly and he is warning me.
