    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews It's been 5 months and the Airtel network is not able to resolve the issue. The area manager is not ready to resolve the issue and is asking me to cancel the service and return the device.

    Very disappointed with @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia service. I paid ₹1500 for Airtel Xstream Fiber+ dth. Your technician visited & cancelled the connection saying there's no signal availability in my area. I was promised a refund within 2 days. Now it has been more than 11 days

    1/3 Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, I’m an Airtel Black customer. My Wi-Fi shifting request was booked on 16 May for 24 May. It’s 27 May and still unresolved. Service has been down since 18 May. Is this Airtel Black “priority support”?

    @airtelindia my friend has informed customer care to suspend wifi as she is relocating to USA but airtel is giving bill monthly, now let me make it clear no bill payment will made, as it was informed already, giving a bill is harrasment also, see you in court @jagograhakjago

    In a particular area, Airtel internet is not working, whereas just 50 meters away the internet is working properly. All Airtel users in that area are facing the same issue. @airtelindia

    Despite multiple store visits and customer care calls, no proper support has been provided. Today again, extra charges were added without any valid reason Requesting @airtelindia to immediately resolve the issue, refund the unnecessary charges, and provide proper customer support

    @airtelindia please activate other UPI apps on the Airtel app. Why should people link their accounts to the airtel upi when they already have another one. What's the problem?
