    @reliancejio speed of jio is very slow in my locality they told it is due to many users present in my locality since 3 years yet issue not solved till now that's why jio is getting less new customer than @airtelindia in last few months it is due to poor service of jio

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Airtel SIM was not working,We visited Airtel Stores for replacement of SIM without changing Mobile number.We got new SIM.Working.I checked phone information in mobile.IMSI number on SIM packet & IMSI number in the mobile display is DIFFERENT. Why?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews It’s just so hard to get an as basic thing done as pulling an invoice from your airtel thanks app. And obviously, getting someone on call via customer care has become next to impossible. Please help me with the invoice for trn #1354207132

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia These guys have totally messed up their support system. As per Airtel app, my email address is with them. But I can not raise a request for eSIM. Sending SMS does not work. Their call centre 121 does not have any humans left; not able to find that
