@JioCare For slow Speed we have raised so many compliments and even person visit couldn't help me 2 days ago jio internet was not working for 4 hours everyday 4 to 5 Times your network stops working trust Just because of your poor service everyone is using @airtelindia for backup.

@airtelindia Horrible experience with Airtel service in Bangalore. Can't access network since mid-November. Posted a request to Customer Care on November 16. They committed to solve within 15 days. Now it is 23 days. Still the problem persists.

Absolutely terrible experience with @airtelindia . Despite being an Airtel Black customer, my internet has been down for a week now. I've made repeated calls to the customer service team and everyday I get a new commitment that the issue will be resolved immediately
