@airtelindia My broadband connection has been stopped since sunday. I called many times to customer care to fix the issue but the it's not yet resolved. Due to this i am unable to do WFH. Is this your office like internet service as you advatise ? Fix it ASAP.

@TheOfficialSBI @airtelindia It would help circumvent the dependence on telcos when the transaction is between a bank and the customer. I have also received a mail from AGM lhoche that they will look into it. Thanks.

@airtelindia Horrible service. Internet (broadband) is not working since past 30 hrs. No support or ETA provided by cust care. Already called multiple times. Should not have subscribed to Airtel in the first place.
