    3/3 nodal officer's no. provided is an IVR that asks me to enter my number twice (supposed to be only once) and then disconnects after saying "thank you for reaching @airtelindia" I wonder how poor airtel's service gtta b for premium users 2 face such issues @Airtel_Presence

    Deeply disappointed by @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence service quality. Paid 4k to subscribe to the airtel black premium services —fibre +dth. But the dth services activation has been pending for 5 straight days. Unable to reach any kind of customer care. 1/3

    @airtelindia Whats the point of such advertising??? When you can’t give decent network coverage even in city areas !! I am struggling like hell at one of my flat in Ahmedabad city and planning to port # from Airtel .. because no one’s going to improve network.
