Day 4: I visited Airtel store for ownership transfer of my Broadband conn 01204154590 on 2-Aug. They denied for it and misbehaved as i have not taken Airtel Black. Now I am emailing your team since 2-Aug but no response. Disgusting service Airtel. @airtelindia @consumerforum_

@Airtel_Presence The timeline for 10 AM has also passed & till now there is no resolution. Still there is no network coverage & I am facing lot of troubles working from the 4g hotspot of Airtel mobile internet. Please fix this asap. @airtelindia

@airtelindia How is someone even supposed to get in touch with your customer care after the account is deactivated? I still haven't received a refund on my account nor any email or message about a request for refund. It's been over 7 days since I requested deactivation
