  @Airtel_Presence I have not received even a single reach out from u guys except those stone aged automated empathy messeges in DMs. I even went to nearest airtel store but still my number is not active. R u planning this issue to be resolved this year? Pathetic customer service @airtelindia ?

  Airtel digital TV services are absolutely pathetic. I have been facing an issue for over six months. Multiple visits by technicians but the issue doesn't get resolved @airtelindia

  @airtelindia Once I cancel my port request it should not be converted to postpaid. And not even anywhere that once I change from prepaid to postpaid then I have to pay rs 100 or my recharge will be vanished.

  I have already vacated my previous residence and no longer require the Airtel WiFi connection linked to my account. Despite requests, the connection is still active. Kindly arrange disconnection/cancellation of the broadband service and remove WiFi. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence worst broadband support experience. Customer care says engineer will fix CGNAT/Open NAT issue, engineer says customer care will do it. Nobody understands basic networking. Now your technicians stopped answering calls. Completely anti-consumer.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence is such a fraud company. I am in Dehradun and in 5G network and have been using 5G only. As per the recharge I have done, it says unlimited 5G. Just now I received msg stating I have used 50% of my data.
