@airtelindia I am from Kumhraura, lalgnaj, Raebareli UP 229206. I have been a customer of airtel for the last 7-8 years. I have complained 2-3 times for internet issues. But last time when i called, customer care told me that if I am facing issues regularly then i can move to Jio
