    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My parents are senior citizen, and due to low network pocket, they are mostly dependent on Airtel BB for communication. Time and again, constant failure of service is causing issues. Is there any permanent solution, or we should move to Jio?

    (2/2); @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia have to visit a physical Airtel store to get new SIM, no stores on Sunday;have to wait til tomo fr new sim and wait until Tuesday 2 get SMS as first 24 hours no SMS; ther shud be faster resolution, given the kind of dependency v hav on mobile

    @airtelindia Worst Service , Since 2 days my router is showing LOS and no one is responding against the complaint. I think they are thinking they have monopoly.

    Dear @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia ; I’m unable to make/ receive calls from my Airtel postpaid since morning , unable to send or receive SMS; customer care says sim cud be damaged; unable to make NetBanking txns, no OTP, my works required entering OTP, so can’t work ; (1/2)

    Worst experience with airtel broadband. I changed my modem because of connectivity issues but now it's gone worst. I think Airtel is not able to solve customer queries. I'll suggest we must wust switch and save our time & money. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews.
