    @airtelindia You guys are not listening. I've complained before and my problem is still persisting. VOLTE is not working and I'm unable to make and receive calls. I've called the customer care and they told that it'll take 10days. Till 4th May I have to wait. Are you serious?🙄

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews all your field sales people have been doing is duping customers. They make their sale and just ghost off post that. Dont even respond to queries. All they aim is to complete their sales target and provide 0 customer service
