@airtelindia I'm abroad. I talked with you privately about the issue which hasn't been resolved till now. Also I'm following up with airtel cares via whatsApp. Its more than 50 days. They haven't given a single update. Always asking me to wait. Never expected such a worse service .

DTH from 4th Jan 2023 and still not been resolved. I initially contacted your customer service team on 4 jan, 2023 to report a problem. I followed up with 5 to 6 additional request on airtel app on till date ,i also attempted to contact your customer service team @airtelindia

@FinancialXpress There are some circles like #Kerala where @airtelindia @airtelnews under invested,if they can go ahead in improving 'basic network coverage' definitely they can grab higher end users from Kerala's no.1&no.2 operators Vi and BSNL! It can give a little relief to #airtel

Have been constantly fighting with @airtelindia for 3 hrs I have not received any reply to mail & have received 0 help from customer care since ntg is in their duty & responsibility I am tired & will not continue with airtel services Don't buy their broadband
