The Customer Service needs major overhaul. Complaint such as “No Network” gets an automated response of Resolved the next day.

Jio came and installed it's connection. But 24 hours had been passed no Airtel person came to visit or check the connections. Worst service

I'm a student and rely on it for studies. I will have to cancel my subscription if not resolved ASAP. Unexpected!!
