  @airtelindia @airtelindia Even your customer support team can't get in touch with the ground team. If you can't provide basic service, then stop offering it. Close my connection—I don't need this terrible service anymore. This has been an absolute waste of my time.

One of their executives openly used threatening language when he wasn't able to respond to simple queries.   @airtelindia My #AirtelDTH has not been working since yesterday. Complaint already raised, but after 24 hours, no engineer has called or visited. Customer care is only giving excuses without any resolution. Very disappointing service. Please resolve this urgently. #PoorService

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Tweet 2 I hve called customer support multiple times & spent hours trying to get assistance, bt all I received were assurances & no actual resolution. The assigned engineer neither visited nor answered my calls. Dis level of service is unacceptable.
