@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have requested for connection resolution. Slot which I selected was immediately i.e 11 am. But engineer assigned is at 1.30 pm. And under open incident it will assigned by 23rd March. Advantage of black ? Ticket - 10154341145. Whf is impacted.
