  Dear Airtel, Please clarify that when we pay for your Digital Tv surchages as per your plan than it should your responsibility to ensure proper working of network. When we complain about network problems you ask to pay Rs. 150 to pay your Engineer. @airtelindia

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Absolutely pathetic service. My wifi is down last two days. No technician visited and complaint was closed without resolution (sr no.11034510399). I need to cancel this connection and need all amount paid for wifi and android box.

  Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence What stupidity is this. Airtel postpaid 5g continously moves in 5g and 4g every 2 or 3 sec. The connection is completely unstable. Is that how it is supposed to be.....?????

  Finally, it's time to switch from @JioCare @reliancejio to @airtelindia . The network experience with Jio has been terrible. Even after multiple complaints, nothing was resolved—they simply ignored the issue. I'm done wasting my money on poor service. Time to move on.
