  @Intrinsic_cycle @airtelindia @TRAI Disconnect and choose peace of mind. I did the same and chose the local provider. Now there are hardly any days when my wifi doesn't work. Even if it doesn't, the local guy is very quick to respond and resolve the issues.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Internet is not working from last 10 days and same issue I faced in last month as well. Service request:- 11038287160 No assigned engineer is coming to check the issue and when I call them they say I do not check this area. Please look into this.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , More than 5 days still facing same issue. Raised multiple tickets shared all the required info asked in dm but no response. You charge late fee for payment but I’m not able to use my outgoing calls for 5 days. How will you compensate for that?

  @Airtel_Presence Deadline Day and you’ve ghosted me! I have internal emails proving my missing Fastlane is YOUR backend failure, not my phone. Activating a premium service shouldn't take a consumer court threat, but here we are. Fix it NOW or pay ₹50k. @airtelindia @TRAI

  Airfiber..... worst things provided by @airtelindia and @reliancejio i have tried both they both creates problem... if there is problem with network ot doesnt get solved for weeks. eng. comes, repairs and go it gets ok for few hours and again same problems

  @airtelindia Please understand that harassing a consumer for a petty request shows how badly you're handling your services. On top of that your customer care is the worst. I have been put on hold for 15 minutes, and no respresentative has responded.
