Did you guys remove the option in IVR to reach out and talk with customer care? It is pathetic to follow a long IVR wherein no option to talk with customer care. @ViCustomerCare @airtelindia come up with some best plans and kick *** VI from India.

@airtelindia such a pathetic 4G service that i cant even listen a song. Even @BSNLCorporate with a 3G performs much faster than you. Urgently look into this matter otherwise i will have to switch my service provider.
