  @airtelindia worst service. It has been one month now. Registered my grievance on customer care and still waiting for their reply. Payment done in advance on 5 Feb for fiber connection. Kindly return my money with interest. They are worst service provider and fraud.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, I pay 2000 every month for 2 postpaid mobile, & 3 dth connections, doing it for almost 10 years - the total amount I paid the company over a decade is ~Rs 240K Poor network, and poor service of airtel mobile forcing me to switch to others.

  @airtelindia The condition of your service in our area is very bad, even at night proper service is not available. Complaining many times, no proper result was found. Even Can't get any response from Customer Care. Arrange to fix the problem urgently. Pin code - 721172
