@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I faced similar issues with Airtel broadband and got it terminated, now mobile service is also on same lines. Look into the issue & resolve it immediately or else I'll be forced to look for other options and port all my family network out of airtel.

@JioCare fibre down since 4 days, their dongle didn't work, @BSNL_CHTD having more than its usual outages, @airtelindia doesn't seem to hold connection consistently. We are living in #digitaldarkage Guess we are being prepared for the 5G market

Been trying to get a resolution on your xstream service but it seems you guys are not interested over it. - 3 Call back requests, received none. - Resolution time 17 oct 5PM, today it's 4.45PM 19th oct. Irritated. Pathetic! @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

Another international roaming scam from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I enabled the roaming foe one day (inr 649rs.) And got a bill of 6490 rs. And while sitting in UK you dont have option to call or chat with customer care support. Stop doing this to prepaid customers..
