I have issue with Airtel broadband connection. I booked conection before 24 hr all things has been done from my side like payment and varification. After payment executive not picking my phone. And no one contect me. They should contect within 24 hr. @airtelnews @airtelindia

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia i have been a customer for a over a decade and I was just plainly denied a refund for an incorrect charge. Is this the level of service u give? Absolutely shameful airtel. Your billing team has been lying, saying they called and never contacted me.
