@airtelindia Internet not working despite recharging add on data.Will run for 5 mins and i have to turn on/off airplane mode to make it working.Lots of drop calls caller can’t hear anything. No 5g coverage despite living in the central of a metropolitan city.

Hi @Airtel_Presence and @airtelindia, I raised a service ticket on April 20 with ticket number #RTPRV5EST20230417697770. Your team has closed the ticket without resolving the issue or updating me. My experience with your customer service has been extremely disappointing.

@airtelindia my experience with Airtel black, Dth and BB has been very bad. At installation time they said it is free, but the billing is not transparent. Without paying first u cannot select channels. For 16 days trial i paid Rs.1736. disconnected all.
