    Dear @airtelindia and @reliancejio , this is a humble request that there is a technical issue with the network where the network goes and come. Except call , internet is not working. I tried all ways but still it doesn't work. Should I go for sim exchange with same number. Guide.

    @airtelindia how many days does it take to install a broadband connection after making a payment. I paid on 19th March and did more than 100 follow ups. Please confirm, others should know the customer service of Airtel which you show-off on advertisements.

    @airtelindia @TRAI I raised a cancellation request of my broadband connection and for that resolution expected time for 45 days, how can i pay amount without using that for that 45 days? And you people don't have technology to stop billing after raising disconnection request?

    My Airtel broadband is down again from 5pm. I have already raised a ticket. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence please look into this & provide a permanent solution to this problem and assign the engineer by today end of the day. Ticket no.10035682864. I’mdisappointedwith the service .

    Horrible service from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence . Registered a broadband issue yesterday morning, still haven't been able to get in touch with a customer care official. Was promised that issue will be resolved by today. Been a total no show! #Airtel

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am facing call dropping and not dialing any number since last 30 days. I have also complained on Airtel App on 01.05.22 but no response from your company which give advertisements of best network coverage. It is lack of services to your customers.
