@airtelindia I wanted to exchange a sim at tagged location and guess what for a payment of ₹ 50 they don't have online payment support now m loitering around with a upi begging for a 50 currency note. It's funny you charge so high only to give such a pathetic service 🙄

Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia There is a network outrage in our area. Since last 3 days, I have not been able to use the broadband connection. Also, the app and call support is pathetic. They are just giving us false deadlines and pushing them.

@Capt_Armstrong @airtelindia @S_BhartiMittal I took them to consumer court. They slapped a bill of more than INR 9k for data usage which they themselves had mentioned was free under some BS campaign of theirs. Extremely unreliable and poor service. MNP'd my numbers as soon as I could.

@GTPL_Care worst service provider... The customer care team and the technician both are not responding. In every 15 day the service is stop and no one is taking responsibility to this. Waiting for @reliancejio and @airtelindia to provide their broadband in every location.

@Airtel_Presence Biggest fraud Airtel is doing. It is charging us for 200mbps plan rs999 but providing services for 100mbps plan. Customer support is saying we charge for what plan you select and not for the service we provide. Highly pathetic company. @airtelindia @jagograhakjago
