    whn the internet stops working, customers need support- not a maze. Ur so-called Airtel Thanks app is ridiculous, unhelpful, and useless during outages. Reaching customer care feels impossible. We pay for service, not frustration. Fix the system. @airtelindia @airtelnews

    @airtelindia My airfiber is giving less than 10mbps, none of your customer service number are picking up calls, phone numbers given on Airtel thanks app are dead and not in use, 24x7 chat help is useless as I have raised this issue 10 times and no one shows up. Please fix this

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Wifi is not working since yesterday, unable to reach customer care. The ivr simply says that they are upgrading their systems& inconvenience regretted. Ours is air fibre. what is the issue. Worst experience. #chennai #Airtel #airtelbroadband

    Writing on behalf of my father, still no response from Airtel on an incorrect charge for calls to toll-free numbers. Surprising and disappointing, especially as an Airtel Black customer where priority support is expected. Request immediate clarification and reversal. @airtelindia

    I'm using airtel black with Cust ID - 3062117152-001 and my D2H connection has been disconnected since 7 days and no proper progress from @Airtel_Presence, @airtelindia this is the worst experience for Airtel Black customer who was promised priority services.
