  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I’ve been trying to reach a support agent for my internet issue, but your useless helpline only loops through IVR options with no way to connect to a person. This is extremely frustrating. Please assist with a callback or direct support.

  @airtelindia really pathetic service, a guy comes to fix my intermittent internet connection has messed up entire connection and not even answering call now. There should be some escalation matrix to report such folks, I am a long term airtel user and really not happy 😡

  @JioCare @JioCare @airtelindia even after having 5G, it feels like 2G here. Poor connectivity, constant call drops, and slow internet are affecting everyone in the area. I’m literally using an Airtel hotspot to post this complaint. This is really disappointing—please fix it urgently.

  I have been facing an issue with @airtelindia services that whenever the power goes out within few minutes the cellular data services goes down with it, I can understand that wifi is dependent on power but why cellular. Tried caling cstr care but in vain. Can I complain to @trai

  . @airtelindia Request 4 fiber tv connection on 22 Apr 2026 ws raised & I paid 500/- on the same day. I ws told i will get a call within 4 hrs bt no-one called. I called 121 on 23rd, 29 Apr but no help arrived. Today is 30 Apr still no response. mob no. 9767572512 Any ETA??
