    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence another issue-No 4G network, only 3G. Yesterday afternoon, saw a message on my iPhone, NO SIM. Restarted my phone, Airtel network detected, but only 3G only, Removed the SIM and inserted again, no success. should I need to replace the SIM?

    Hey @airtelindia You are disrespecting the customer. In this current time this is not acceptable to any customer. I have taken family plan on 30th june and billing was also started same day but now you changed it and saying that new I need to take new plan.@Airtel_Presence help

    @airtelindia One of a person from resolution team called me that he will solve my problem and arrange a call to check internet is there in my area or not. But till now its pass 24 hours no one has called me .

    Even in today's time, video calling or online class are very difficult due to internate issue in the some villages around Orai, to make phone calls, one has to go out or on the roof of the house, because even today there are network problems. @reliancejio @airtelindia @DM_Jalaun

    Everytime when we complain for worst internet connectivity in my area provided by @airtelindia their @Airtel_Presence just reply and send same kind of formatted msgs that "we are looking at your problem and will solve asap".
