    @airtelindia @AdobeExpress @AirtelIndia I’m paying for a 100 Mbps broadband plan but the internet has been extremely slow and unstable for weeks. I raised multiple complaints and even emailed with proof, but all I keep receiving are “we regret the inconvenience” replies with no actual resolution.

    Thanks to @airtelindia for not providing any solution on my service request. I have an internet issue from 05th march 2026 and I generated a service request on 08th march 2026 and today is 10th march 2026 but i am unable to use any kind of internet till now.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I had already escalated this matter to your Delhi NCR Appellate Authority, but there is still no proper resolution. Only 7 days are left in my current recharge and the service is practically unusable - (2/3)

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I raised a complaint of internet not working 4 days ago. Customer care gave me no explanation and closed the complaint today while internet is still not working. Look into the issue asap and fix the issue instead of looping me with chatbots.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence I’ve not been using a number in Airtel black since 2 years. I’m trying to remove it since 1 year and your team is failing to do so stating technical issues . Yet every month I’m paying for the service. This is outright looting customers.

    @airtelindia Paying for a 5G plan but barely getting a stable network. If the service isn’t available in the area, why charge customers for it? The signal keeps dropping, internet speed is poor, and it’s honestly frustrating when you depend on it for daily work.
