3/3 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence they don't give me any option to raise my issue or connect me with the customer care. Their thanks app also dont give any option for sms or raise complaint via call nd mail. I don't know what was that campaign of zero complaint.

@airtelindia i go through the process of converting my pre-paid number to postpaid & have to say u have a worst sim activation service. It to almost one hour to complete verification and still conversion is not done. Pathetic

You'd think the matter should end here but no. @airtelindia has basically cut outgoing despite the fact that the dues have been cleared and the last date for clearing the dues was on July 8. I know @ViCustomerCare is ridiculously poor in service but so is airtel

1/2 What a great company @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews. I am an platinum customer of airtel..but still not able to resolve my issue..2 days back my sim suddenly stopped working.i tried to call customer care but there is no way to reach out to customer care.

Hello @airtelindia what's happening to airtel xtreme app live tv,now am checking with ur app,not showing any live TVs why ur removed still @reliancejio are provided free live tv for customers what about you,now a day's your service very poor.
