    Need help! My friend recharged for his @airtelindia number via @Paytm and received confirmation messages from both. But after 10 days of use, he started getting recharge expiry alerts when calling and on the 11th day, the recharge expired. How the hell is it possible?🥲

    Another day and my Airtel broadband is STILL WORKING despite repeated disconnection requests. Why am I being forced to pay for a service I’ve asked to terminate multiple times?     @JioCare @airtelindia (2/2) At one point, I had to beg at the Jio service center because they hadn't resolved my internet issue for over 15 days, even though I had already paid for 1 year and it was impacting my office work. They treated me like a dog—maybe worse than a street dog.

    Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have cancelled my WiFi subscription since 2 months but I'm still being billed for it. There's no way to call customer care and if they call me it's always disconnects before anyone speaks. How to resolve this?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Applied for a new Airtel WiFi connection through the Airtel Thanks app and paid ₹400 instantly online. Later, the KYC team visited and collected another ₹1500. After that, the installation team came and said there is no 5G/network feasibility in my area, so the connection was cancelled. Despite calling customer support multiple times, I still haven’t received my refund. Very disappointing experience. Please resolve this issue and refund my money ASAP. All the information are in your inbox, but you're not even replying.
