@airtelindia Requested for a router UPS 5 days ago, it was supposed to be installed within 48 hours, it’s been more than 100 hours now and no progress! And when I called customer support, they aren’t giving me any resolution.

Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am very dissapointed with your service. My broadband stopped working yesterday evening and I raised a case. It's still not resolved. This is a major inconvenience and totally unacceptable since it's disrupting my work.
