@Airtel_Presence we are facing a lot of network issue in Thakurpukur Satyen Park area. Almost no network inside the room. Call many time to the customer care but no result. @airtelindia please maintain 10% of what you are showing in the advertisement.

@airtelindia I've an Airtel Postpaid connection with Paltinum plan of 999. I'm supposed to get 'PRIORITY' service as per marketing. But I'm getting a speed of 0.5 Mbps at my place and when I Register a complaint, it says it'll take 8 days to get resolved. Should I port my number?

Similar issues faced in Andhra Pradesh too. 1st thought it was sim card problem & changed it, no use. Then changed mobile, no use! Our office uses @airtelindia CUG. I think it's better to change the network operator.
