    @Airtel_Presence we are facing a lot of network issue in Thakurpukur Satyen Park area. Almost no network inside the room. Call many time to the customer care but no result. @airtelindia please maintain 10% of what you are showing in the advertisement.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Guys you guys should be ashamed for having such pathetic customer service. 1. Cant update email via website. 2. Have been calling 121 multiple times, and the dial pad inputs aren't taken, no clue how to talk to an agent.

    @airtelindia worst net working in vapi area I think you airtel should shutdown their tower I sure I will switch to vodafone when my recharge pack expire

    A new beginning with @airtelindia already feels like a bad decision. Took xstream 999plan, paid for 3 mts on 22nd, installation not done yet. As per pamplet, box worth 3999 comes with the plan, Ravish Sharma told me to look at the fine prints for a 1500 charge. Feels cheated

    @airtelindia @gopalvittal network is really very worst nowadays pls rectify it we are facing this problem since 1 year for both prepaid and landline wifi conection in Chennaí…. Pls try to solve the prob n we don’t get any incoming n outgoing call cuz of bad network service..

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia No one understands and Airtel doesn't care at all as in these times of total internet dependency for work brand like Airtel is unable to fix the issue for more than 12 hours. #Shame

    @airtelindia hi, I recently recharged with 149 , but my account is debited, but recharge not done, as my plan expired, when I am trying to call customer care representative, the connection get disconnected saying I have no plan? No issues, I will not use airtel. Refund my 149
