@Airtel_Presence we are facing a lot of network issue in Thakurpukur Satyen Park area. Almost no network inside the room. Call many time to the customer care but no result. @airtelindia please maintain 10% of what you are showing in the advertisement.

@airtelindia When I called today your support agent is telling that I need to wait again today. @ACTFibernet provides a better support than you. Just because of your fake promises I switched to Airtel. If my issue is not resolved, I am switching over to @ACTFibernet again.

@airtelindia has the worst customer support. There is no way to talk to any agent. Even after raising issues multiple times through their dumb chatbot, the status gets automatically resolved but the issue never resolves. @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews
