@Airtel_Presence we are facing a lot of network issue in Thakurpukur Satyen Park area. Almost no network inside the room. Call many time to the customer care but no result. @airtelindia please maintain 10% of what you are showing in the advertisement.

@airtelindia applied for Xtreme 10 days back paying 6 months in advance. The tech guy came for installation saying max speed is 20 instead of the promised 40 by the sales team. Cancelled but yet to receive refund, customer care is not picking up/ 121 is literally useless. Pls fix
