    @Airtel_Presence we are facing a lot of network issue in Thakurpukur Satyen Park area. Almost no network inside the room. Call many time to the customer care but no result. @airtelindia please maintain 10% of what you are showing in the advertisement.

    Having tough time in trying to speak to customer care of @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia since morning to convert my prepaid to postpaid 😑. The website which helps to upgrade doesn’t recognise the airtel number & says it is invalid 😑😑

    @airtelindia I am truly  disappointed by the service been provided here and would not recommend to anyone. Also i have been calling concerned person everyday with no resolution being made.  I request you to sort this issue or please refund the advance amount. Thanks

    @airtelindia The issue was resolved yesterday and again same issue today! If your network is not ready to support customers then please let us know. In WFH situation the internet issue for more then a week and no proper solution.

    @JioCare Currently I'm using @airtelindia cellular network daily quota 3gb per day with very low speed and I'm totally disappointed from @Airtel_Presence service , i appreciate for providing 24*7 internet connection but i need broadband connection which gives high speed internet

    Raised a Airtel Fiber Installation request 4 days back in Bangalore Still it's not installed. The local guy keep on saying he will do but he never install it.Aitel care is useless.@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @reliancejio is much better in fibre atleast they responds to a problm
