    @airtelindia can I upgrade my old Xtreme box with new Xtreme box 2.0 ?? The old device has so many problems like it restart every 15 to 20 minutes. I have made complaint to service engineer but they failed to solve my problem. So I need new box else i may switch to TATA PLAY.

    @airtelindia It is request to the company that it's been 30 days that my problem is not resolved and it's 3 times that i have raised the complain on network issue in Bidhan Nagar salt lake ( kolkata) CC taking the matter leniantly (ITS BEEN 30 DAYS)

    Ridiculous network speed both in office (pin 700071) & in home (pin 700082) area. Keeping browsing apart, just not able to open a tweet or sending a WhatsApp msg. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence are you are leaving me with any option than porting out? Fedup with this so call 4g

    @airtelindia very bad experience with service. I’ve recharged for 999inr , and that’s mentioned Amazon prime for 84days. But after recharged it’s showing this offer not available. I’m using your service from last 9 years. And now I’m regretting. This happened twice.
