    @airtelindia can I upgrade my old Xtreme box with new Xtreme box 2.0 ?? The old device has so many problems like it restart every 15 to 20 minutes. I have made complaint to service engineer but they failed to solve my problem. So I need new box else i may switch to TATA PLAY.

    @airtelindia without any prior notification why we were suffering network issue last night. Very poor service. Displayed emergency calls only.there was no signal from 11.50 pm to approx. 3 am.

    The worst service in broadband is by @airtelindia . Pathetic service, customer care has no clue, sales people are fraud and cheater. Coming to the speed, the 3G network would work better and faster. Better is Airtel closes it's service for everyone's peace. #Airtel #AirtelDown

    Ridiculous network speed both in office (pin 700071) & in home (pin 700082) area. Keeping browsing apart, just not able to open a tweet or sending a WhatsApp msg. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence are you are leaving me with any option than porting out? Fedup with this so call 4g

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence if a month has 30 days, your internet services do not work for 26 days. This hampers the growth of my business and inefficiency. Write a complaint and it takes forever for your team to fix the issue. Half the time your technicians deny to service.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews I am facing continuous issues with my Airtel WiFi connection in Berhampur. Initially, it worked perfectly for 3 months. Then I recharged for 6 months (100 Mbps plan), which is a big expense for a middle-class user like me who depends on stable internet for work-from-home. However, within the first few days, 4 days were completely wasted due to technical issues from Airtel’s side. Recently, I again faced 2 days of complete service disruption. These repeated outages are causing serious loss, and there is no compensation or recovery provided. Customer care response is poor, and even the local Airtel office in Berhampur is not taking complaints seriously. This is highly disappointing. I request Airtel to: 1.Compensate for the lost days 2.Improve service reliability 3.Take customer complaints seriously Please resolve this urgently.

    It’s been over 2 months and my Airtel Air Fiber installation is still not completed. Despite multiple requests and continuous follow-ups, there has been no proper response or action taken. This level of service is completely unacceptable and highly disappointing. @airtelindia
