The old device has so many problems like it restart every 15 to 20 minutes. I have made complaint to service engineer but they failed to solve my problem. I received a message Hi, your complaint No. 31-1000014912563 raised for your Airtel Number xxxxxxxxxxx has been closed. If you are dissatisfied with the provided resolution, please contact 198 or appellate to raise an appeal. I can only say that my complain 31-1000014912563 is not resolved and Airtel is closing complain without resolution. Very Unfortunate.

From last 6 months, I am getting less than 10mbps speed on a 100mbps plan.

Yet I still receive 10+ calls every day demanding payment while you keep increasing the bill. This is customer harassment. Close my account, stop billing me, and stop calling!!!!
