    Hello @airtelindia , I have my wife's no attached with my postpaid plan. She lost her phone today , and she needs the duplicate sim.i am currently suffering from diarrhoea and dehydration due to ongoing heatwave in WB. Please provide me support as I can't go to Airtel store now.

    @airtelindia has hired **** in Kolkata region they always recommend for a competitor if we asked for Airtel broadband. Same goes to customer support. Shame on you people. I was thinking that airtel will come back but it's sucking itself.

    @airtelindia @AirtelXtream Connection is down since last 5 hrs , no resolution till now after the complaint, how could be your tat is of more than 24hrs , when grocery can be delivered in less than 10 minutes.

    @syednoor6208 @airtelindia Better to port from Airtel, but the problem is they have already charged non refundable hefty installation charges. So a customer gets stuck with these bunch of cheaters. JIO fiber is the best. They do free installation

    @IBMNews @airtelindia Dear sir, Yesterday after 3years one tecnical person visited my place he tried in front of him Speed increase up to 25 MB,and promiss wil better 2 days In this respect please find attached speed again not even one MB, this problem I am facing last 4 yrs Md Rafique,8981171937

    Areh whenever I m connecting the other network's hotspot with the Airtel device (because no network now) the signal coming on the Airtel sim,and seeing that when I m disconnecting the hotspot, the signal is also disappearing! Wtf! @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence #AirtelDown

    @airtelindia can I upgrade my old Xtreme box with new Xtreme box 2.0 ?? The old device has so many problems like it restart every 15 to 20 minutes. I have made complaint to service engineer but they failed to solve my problem. So I need new box else i may switch to TATA PLAY.

    @Starboy2079 @airtelindia This is completely wrong. Prepaid users aren’t using your services for free. In fact, they pay before using your services. Giving priority to postpaid customers and ignoring prepaid customers in network availability is completely unethical. It’s a blatant case of extortion. You are forcing customers to opt for postpaid services if they want better services!

    @airtelindia @FibreAirtel I applied for the air fibre 5 days ago and still didn't get any update on installation status.. I was told this will be done in 24-48 hrs. Your customer supports are automated no help from there.. Atleast give me some update or whatsoever 🙄

    Internet connectivity in Sarisab Pahi, Bihar 847424 is completely down on both Airtel and Jio networks. Even mbl towers stop working during power cuts because there’s no DG backup available.This is causing major inconvenience to residents. Immdt actn needed. @airtelindia @JioCare

    @airtelindia Dear Airtel, I recharged for a full year partly because of the advertised FREE Perplexity Pro benefit. Now I'm being asked to add a payment method/card and potentially deal with USD billing. This was never clearly disclosed during recharge. This feels misleading.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews prepaid 5G services, to which I have subscribed for a year, hardly ever works in our area! I have to use 4G almost all the time as 5G only works intermittently and is totally unreliable. This has been going on for months now without any solution in sight!

    1/4 @airtelindia broadband service has honestly become one of the worst service experiences I’ve dealt with. Every single time I raise a service request and select a preferred time slot, Airtel completely ignores it.
