@airtelindia trying to raise a complaint since last four days. Internet connection disappears totally after 9 pm at my location. Total blackout is about 12hours no one is interested in resolving the issue but giving a time frame of 15 days to resolve hats off

@SharadBishnoi05 @airtelindia Unlike Airtel, Jio has no plan that would keep your sim active for incoming messages internationally - Jio only has international roaming plans. With an Airtel sim, for Rs.79, your number remains active worldwide - yes, you can't make/receive calls, send sms, but that isn't bad.

@airtelindia my mom's ph stopped wrking>checkd&figured SIM issue>visited store&got2 know it ws in my dad's name who passed away in May.I was asked for affidavit>gave all papers>Since then I am waiting. Been more than 2 weeks now. my mom is without the ph. Help!
