    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Paid advance for a new Airtel Fiber connection after being assured Fiber was available.After payment,I was informed Fiber is not feasible n was pushed towards AirFiber.I want the application cancelled n advance refunded.C Care has been unable to help

    @airtelindia Need little help. Is there anyway or anyplan with which I could use at least 500GBs mobile data in a month? Tried reaching a customer care but they couldn't give a resolution. I dont want to use 2 sim cards. I see 300 GB limits for both prepaid and postpaid.

    @airtelindia Please take it as a suggestion and let us talk to an actual HUMAN, your stupid bots are of no use. The network issues on your mobile network is really frustrating! Further, is Airtel app of any use other than static content? The chatbot there is even more stupid

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have registered multiple complaints regarding persistent network issues, but my concerns remain unresolved despite repeated follow-ups. Since there is no improvement or action taken by your team, I am now forced to port out my service.
