@airtelindia It has been five working days since a complaint was raised to resolve a connectivity issue in my internet. The issue has not been resolved yet and the response from the local team is absolutely pathetic. Nobody is ready to respond to calls. Feeling frustrated. 1/n

@airtelindia @DoT_India @VittalGopal Really annoyed by airtel customer service everytime we raise a complain getting update network team will reach out to you, BUT from last 2 year they haven't.Not even getting basic voice service and in the name of premium service this is cheat
