Seeing some friends raise a demand for #IVRInMaithili specially for people of the region that speaks Maithili. Not a bad demand at all. If telecom companies can have IVRs in Bhojpuri and other regional language, why not Maithili?? @airtelindia @reliancejio @VodaIdea_NEWS

@airtelindia worst airtel app experience, no option for connection disconnect on app. They agree security refund at time of new connection but denie when you disconnect. It's a really unethical company, beware.

Hello @airtelindia Why the hell are you sending Hindi and Bhojpuri notifications to a Maithili customer? It’s really annoying to see Bhojpuri IVR even though I am Maithili Speaker. It’s your responsibility to value one’s language, and emotion. #IVRInMaithili
