  Hello @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Your service is extremely disappointing. I shifted from Greater Noida to Ashok Nagar and requested a connection transfer 8 days ago. Still, neither has the connection been shifted nor am I getting any proper response from customer care.

  For one thing, it’s hard to get through to Airtel on the phone; I end up wasting all my time just navigating through the automated menu options. I have installed Airtel Wi-Fi and a TV set-top box. The set-top box doesn't seem to be working properly; it takes 20 minutes to start up, and I have to switch it off and on again.   @airtelindia I've been reporting issues with internet getting disconnected for the past month. There's been no follow up, no resolution, no technician who came to check it out. Everytime I call customer care they say it'll be resolved in a day and absolutely nothing is done.

  @airtelindia You have very bad coverage in Greece. Calls don’t go thru most of the times, data and internet speed is atrociously slow. Nothing connects. Made a mistake taking the international pack for self and wife.

  Idk why am I rechargin for @airtelindia data packs anymore. There's no network connection even in peak areas of Bangalore. Every normal call switches to wifi call. Min recharge is 1.5 gb per day which goes waste coz wifi Switched from @JioCare to this only to face the same issue.

  @airtelindia @AdobeExpress @airtelindia WiFi is not working. Not able to create a service request from Airtel app, it says failed to create a service request. Called your customer care number, it says can't connect to customer support team, try again 02035098590 wifi I'm reachable at 8669068878.
