@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I tried to change my bill plan for Xtreme to 3 monthly from monthly. Customer support gave me a link to make the necessary payment, but the payment failed. Amount was debited from my bank but it was not refunded. Details in the follow-up tweet

I am a @airtelindia unsatisfied customer I am trying to switch my connection from postpaid to prepaid none of the Airtel Associate’s are helping with this and a untraceable and reachable , gallery says connect with helpline and it goes vice versa. Very disappointed
