    @JioCare Is there is any development in Jio Network. Today True 5G launch in Jammu and Kashmir but in absence of No Network there will be No 2G/3G/4G or 5G. @airtelindia @ViVodaidea

    You should take steps to ensure that the consumers enjoy flawless internet service. Please note that even though I have a right to claim refunds from you for all the time the internet connection was bad or slow, I have not done SO. 3/3 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    Contacted @VodafoneIN customer care thrice today for a confusion about data packs. They were so confused and didn't had the answer. Wish @VodafoneIN plans were as simple as @reliancejio and @airtelindia

    @airtelindia From last 5 years I am proud to be airtel retailer with lapu no 9906803081 problem with the distribution line that run out of recharge with 2 times every week. They are asking for advance payment from retailer to make there primary. Distribution should financially sound .

    From last 1 month Airtel Xtreme fiber isn't working in our area . I don't understand why they are claiming of best network in India when they fail to deliver the proper services .Now I am tired, I am switching from Airtel now . @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @AirtelXtream

    @airtelindia Paid money on 1 july for wifi and I was assured that you will get connection within week, Now the installation team is telling me that we need to check the feasibility if there is not then we will issue refund. Why i was Misinformed before. ID 019514014349

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I guess you are in deep slumber, you haven't awake yet. It's already 24 Hours past I have lodged a complaint, but no one from your side contacted me. I guess what happened with BSNL same will be your fate. Either do the needful else shunt it forever.

    Specifically @reliancejio @JioCare since everyone is pushing work from home solution but our only sin is that we'r using @reliancejio network instead of @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence the nearby Jio cell cite mostly 4 days a week remains almost down 4 whatever reason & we suffer

    Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia, why is it practically impossible to cancel a connection? Your app is completely faulty, 121 is impossible to connect to, and there is NO direct option to disconnect. Stop trapping customers.

    Having the absolute worse experience from Airtel air fiber @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence The technician has connected with me and have done absolutely everything, There is no network in mobile and the wifi as well. Almost got fired today because of this network.

    15 days of raising the issue, airtel replied this, Airtel SIM 1. Mobile data in Airtel sim to be switched ON. 2. Network mode to be Auto/4G/5G. 3. Data Roaming to be switched ON. If the issue persists, please let us know. Fast lane tech, priority! @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Day 21 and still no resolution from @airtelindia. Complaint raised on 26th May. Since then, I've received only false promises and new timelines from customer care executives, but no actual solution. The constant follow-ups and uncertainty are causing unnecessary mental stress.
