    @Airtel_Presence @DoT_India @airtelindia Hi I have never seen a worst service and support of Airtel fiber, it is frequently disconnecting and the request is long back pending since 4 months. Team visits are done multiple times but all vain. My official work is getting hampered.

    From last 1 month Airtel Xtreme fibee isn't working in our area . I don't understand why they are claiming ofbeat network in India when they fail to deliver the proper services .Now I am tired, I am switching from Airtel now . @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @AirtelXtream

    @airtelindia From last 5 years I am proud to be airtel retailer with lapu no 9906803081 problem with the distribution line that run out of recharge with 2 times every week. They are asking for advance payment from retailer to make there primary. Distribution should financially sound .

    @airtelindia Paid money on 1 july for wifi and I was assured that you will get connection within week, Now the installation team is telling me that we need to check the feasibility if there is not then we will issue refund. Why i was Misinformed before. ID 019514014349

    Thats why wrong doings happen, person who wants to deactivate the service is not able to do. The contact number entered here @airtelindia is not even able to recognise. Do you even want clean exit and entry?

    I think #Airtel should pay me for using their Network instead of the other way round. Poor 4G Network, only Data gets compiled. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Not a single SMS, email, or phone call from Airtel regarding my complaint. Customer care gave me a technician's number. I called 6 times before he answered, only to say the ticket wasn't assigned to him and asked me to call customer care again.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I've even escalated the matter to the Appellate Authority, and still there has been no response. It is shocking that a company of Airtel's scale cannot provide even basic communication to a paying customer. A local ISP would have handled this far better.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @sunilbmittal Complaint 11034516618 Saturday Installation complete Monday late night internet working stopped. Tuesday raised complaint by CC team, they fix appointment next day 12pm but still no calls from engineer. again call move next day.
