    @Airtel_Presence @DoT_India @airtelindia Hi I have never seen a worst service and support of Airtel fiber, it is frequently disconnecting and the request is long back pending since 4 months. Team visits are done multiple times but all vain. My official work is getting hampered.

    I wonder why @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence is taking us back to 2g instead of 5g. If you can't deliver best you shouldn't beat drums on advertisements for providing best service. I am even unable to browse your official @airtelindia app. Disgusting.

    You should take steps to ensure that the consumers enjoy flawless internet service. Please note that even though I have a right to claim refunds from you for all the time the internet connection was bad or slow, I have not done SO. 3/3 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    I used Airtel Fiber from last Nine months ago.last 6 days we are facing lot of problems becos we are not using internet repeated complaints on 121 customer care I have not received any effective response .Don't use Airtel Fiber @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

    @airtelindia From last 5 years I am proud to be airtel retailer with lapu no 9906803081 problem with the distribution line that run out of recharge with 2 times every week. They are asking for advance payment from retailer to make there primary. Distribution should financially sound .

    Contacted @VodafoneIN customer care thrice today for a confusion about data packs. They were so confused and didn't had the answer. Wish @VodafoneIN plans were as simple as @reliancejio and @airtelindia

    @airtelindia meh. New Internet connection within 2 days disconnected twice for multiple hrs. And your customer service is Meh. The Inapp options to debug are worse and response is too delayed. @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia Bought an IR Pack that works as beautifully as your customer care - not at all. Complained multiple times but zero resolution. Billing works flawlessly though. So the only active service is taking money? Never gonna recommend to even my worst enemies.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My recharge expired just 1 day ago, yet my incoming calls were blocked within 12 hours. Customer care says incoming should work for 3 days, but service is already stopped.
