Same thing happened in June too. @TheSunilMittal Absolutely disgusted by @Airtel_Presence service. This is unacceptable.

Wire was cut, the technician came after 3 days, fixed the wire but not the internet, and promised to return and never did. Stopped picking calls. Then customer care promised a fix in 24 hours. That was 2 days ago. I live outside India. This connection is how I talk to my parents. A week of silence because nobody at Airtel closes what they open. Fix it by tomorrow or I am cancelling and moving to another provider.
