@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia hi there facing network problem, maximum time while dailing the number it shows ‘call failed’. Even while talking the the call gets automatically disconnected & shows the same error ‘call failed’ solution needed ASAP

Wht the hell you guys are upto. Again total blackout. Mobile and broadband both are down in Pune. @airtelindia 4th time in one month. We are doing WFH which is getting badly impacted due to this disaster. I am changing my service provider now.

Dear @airtelindia please do something with your Xstream team. Have raised a query last month - 28th Aug the day I installed Xstream first time. Even after calling the customer care more than 10 times no one even thought to visit my place.

@airtelindia I had a misconception of Airtel that they deliver what they say but guess I was wrong...it's been more than 48 hours and still no sign of my DTH connection...Guys ask for money then n thr but do not deliver what I asked for.. pathetic service

@airtelindia I am impressed by your broadband technical support. Your local tech support person automatically gets alerted whenever your net is down. He proactively calls me and helps me to fix the issue. He will visit and fix it, if reqd. Impressive and Kudos to Airtel !!
