    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia hi there facing network problem, maximum time while dailing the number it shows ‘call failed’. Even while talking the the call gets automatically disconnected & shows the same error ‘call failed’ solution needed ASAP

    Airtel network is working aside jio network is not working in vasai virar and it's been 2 days since facing this issue even jio wifi is not working. Atlast I'll left with no other option but have to port my jio sim into airtel. @JioCare @reliancejio @airtelindia

    Add @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia to the hall of shame. >10 DAYS since advance payment for AirFiber (ID:GQ5RVFA60G)—NO installation, NO refund, & NO customer support available. Agents just hang up. Filed case with National Consumer Helpline. Docket: 9654488. Return my money!

    @airtelcare Lost my Airtel India SIM while working abroad in Burkina Faso. Requested replacement via email but your process requires registering email through the My Airtel app — which needs OTP on the same lost SIM. Need help logging in / verifying without the SIM. @airtelindia

    @thesinghsonia @airtelindia For more than a decade they haven’t been able to fix their call connectivity issues. It takes min 3 attempts to connect a call & get the message through. No amount of service requests have helped. Thanks to this experience have stayed away from Airtel WiFi.

    @Airtel_Presence Hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have texted you back . I paid the bill on 4th July , then I tried to pause the connection, again it showed me to pay the bill so I paid it today . & When I am trying to pause the connection it's asking me to pay 200 more . Wtf is this ?

    Folks - an update These folks @airtelindia have done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to fix the issues so far. WiFi - still does not work at all. Mobile data - if you don't keep the phone at a certain angle at the window - just does not work at all. literally glued to the window rn.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence I have closed my Airtel wifi connection before new bill generation and they collected the router in time. Why is this showing outstanding amount to be paid? I tried calling 121 and your automated customer care is useless. I have recording.
