@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia hi there facing network problem, maximum time while dailing the number it shows ‘call failed’. Even while talking the the call gets automatically disconnected & shows the same error ‘call failed’ solution needed ASAP

@airtelindia When having a worst customer service team, don't advertise your self as the best internet provider, that too with 1GBper sec, when you cant even provide 1GB per hour speed also.

@airtelindia Really a worst ivr option and no way to speak with customer care executives. worst ivr. Atlast i tried with #airtelthanks apps that is also worst , no such option to register a ticket. My balance deducted & not receiving incoming call. Really very worst experience.

@airtelindia My billing started without Wi-Fi installation. Billing without service is total deception of the customer.I have received so many calls but no one came to install it. Please arrange for installation and waive notional billing.
