    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia hi there facing network problem, maximum time while dailing the number it shows ‘call failed’. Even while talking the the call gets automatically disconnected & shows the same error ‘call failed’ solution needed ASAP

    @airtelindia I have not had WiFi for over a week now! Any number of times I call or log complaints, it’s the same answer: our team is on it. Can the WiFi be down for days and weeks together like this?! This Anna Nagar East, Chennai.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Now, 3 days has already passed. Today also I called the customer care to hear the same old fake promise that "it will be resolved within 24 hours sir" Total nonsense service by Airtel to be honest. Kindly help.

    Extremely frustrating experience! @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence sent a DM saying I am eligible,but the 5G internet is STILL NOT working. If your technical team cannot fix this backend issue immediately,then refund my₹151 or credit it back as talktime balance.Stop wasting my time

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My wife & I converted to eSIM together on the same postpaid plan. Her line gets Airtel Fastlane (5G Standalone); mine is stuck on NSA. It’s a clear backend provisioning error. Email support gave a generic 10-day timeline (20th). Please fix my profile

    Hello @airtelindia, wi-fi and xstream for my parents in Mumbai has been disrupted for several days now. Customer ID: 3053574136001. After repeated complaints, they've received an update saying "the technical issue has been resolved." But it hasn't. Can you please look into this?
