  There is no human left in @airtelindia customer care only chat boat or IVRS if call. Since last 6 months we are not getting some channels. Till now we didn't get any support from @airtelindia. I have just thrown away their router and dth box not going to pay anything further.

I did and the call was transferred to supervisor Step 2- She again asked for verification and I did same Step 3- She said me that it will get disconnected from family plan in 22 days and consent from same number is mandatory

  @airtelindia one side says Priority Service but ground reality is worse. No body ready to lesson nor addressing problems. For one simple problem taking 15 days and informing customer that problem solving timelines for 10 to 15 days.

  @Airtel_Presence The Chat module in the Airtel app doesn’t allow a customer to write about any subject not listed in the limited menu options. Ridiculous!! Or maybe an intelligent way of ensuring that the customer finds it difficult to reach Airtel Customer Service @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
