    @airtelindia Quality & Quantity network is quite low even call disconnects due to non availability of singals Requested several times to the concerned consumter care office but all in vain. NO 4G and even 3G everywhere

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Paid ₹1500 advance for WiFi + DTH bundle. WiFi installed long back, but DTH still not installed after 5-6 complaints & follow-ups. Extremely disappointed with the delay & poor service! Need urgent installation or refund. #AirtelCares #AirtelBlack

    @airtelindia pathetic experience with Airtel DTH complaint wherein complaint was lodged through whatsApp vide reference no. 144140236 for slot 2-3 pm but no one came till 4:23 pm & I called 121 who couldn't even track the complaint. Pathetic indeed.

    @JM_Scindia @Airtel_Presence Very poor service from @AirtelIndia. After delaying my Wi-Fi installation for several days, my request (ID: 21-160836788549_1) was suddenly cancelled without reason. I need immediate installation, not cancellation. Also expect compensation for delay. Resolve ASAP.

    @airtelindia call on 198 which is answered by a machine is nonsense. It is repeating the same stuff instead of helping. Nor it is diverting the call to an actual human being who can really help

    @airtelindia I booked airtel wifi services on 18/03/26 by making payment of ₹1000 (order id CYE2D2NFSR) . Till now no one contacted me for installation. Ground sales team and call support team says they can only take booking and cannot help me now after booking !!

    @airtelindia sir you have worst people at your helpline. i called him at 4.20 pm when i told him problem he cannot hear me but i can clearly chatting with colleague when i spoke in kannada he say to speak in english and i heard him speaking in kannada. you reply only to english
