    @airtelindia Quality & Quantity network is quite low even call disconnects due to non availability of singals Requested several times to the concerned consumter care office but all in vain. NO 4G and even 3G everywhere

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Paid for Airtel IPTV a week ago, but no installation done yet. Customer care is not resolving. Check this immediately. complaint number 4513241270.

    @airtelindia You service is worst. They huy who is supposed to fix the internet make excuses and now don’t even pick the call. It has been 3 days the internet is not working and I have called the service guy 10 times today not even picking the call

    Ordered an @airtelindia WiFi UPS on 10 July. Since then, no call or update. I contacted customer service 3 times, and each time they said they’d expedite it and someone would call within 3 working hours. Still nothing. Don’t order WiFi UPS from Airtel. Terrible customer service.

    @Airtel_Presence I have already emailed the provided email ID, but I'm only receiving automated bot replies. No one is addressing my actual issue. Can you please arrange a call from your support team so this can be resolved? This is getting very frustrating. @airtelindia

    The #Airtel network quality in Noida and Greater Noida has become extremely poor. Calls frequently drop, voice quality is inconsistent, and mobile internet is very slow or stops working altogether. This has been affecting daily communication and work. Kindly look into the issue and resolve it at the earliest. Please improve network coverage and service quality in these areas. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @perplexity_ai I have ported my prepaid number from Airtel to @JioCare 6 months ago. I am no longer an Airtel customer, but I receive renewal SMS for perplexity pro. Request cancellation of any VAS and confirmation that no charges will be made.

    Switched from Jio to @airtelindia for better coverage. Terrible onboarding. ❌ eSIM in the Thanks app doesn’t work. ❌ Store didn’t register my email. ❌ “24×7 support” is just a chatbot. ❌ Needed talktime just to contact customer care. ❌ Call got disconnected. Thread 🧵👇
