    @airtelindia Quality & Quantity network is quite low even call disconnects due to non availability of singals Requested several times to the concerned consumter care office but all in vain. NO 4G and even 3G everywhere

    @KhushalSha7080 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Airtel having issues with motorola devices as of now also jio completely runs on SA so no issues for Airtel if there is option for VoNR/SA in network then it will work else update required from motorola side also only A16+ devices supported as of now

    Dear @airtelindia , i am sorry to say that your services are getting pathetic day by day. I raised a complain 3 days back regarding dth, your technicial supposed to come yesterday but he did not turn up. I called him on the number sent to me by your team, he replied that he was not assigned the task. Since yesterday i called severaltimes to your customer care no, but no solution provided so far.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Please stop marketing “priority customer” and “dedicated Airtel Black support” when you can’t resolve a normal WiFi issue even after 24 hours. No proper updates, no response to support calls, just endless delays. Extremely disappointing service.

    Worse, @airtelindia customer care is poor they just tell me to check the app. If I can already access via app, why do you even have a support team? Denying customers access to their own financial records is a massive red flag. Time to port out? @VittalGopal #CustomerService Fail

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia my iptv set box is not working (still hanging and reboots itself constantly even after technician visit (ref 656741766) get my box replaced immediately

    Dear Airtel DTH team I have ordered a DTH connection on 30/05/2026 but till now no calls has been received from installation guy and I am unable to reach your customer support on phone so please do the needful to install the connection asap. @airtelindia
