    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Pathetic service by Airtel. I registered for Airtel Xtreme fiber connection a week ago and I was assured about the installation within 3days, till date it's not done and everyone is giving their own response.

    @airtelindia I pay for 40mbps and get 5mbps. Only @airtelindia can out do itself by providing the worst service day in and day out! Can you do anything to fix it?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I’ve been on the run around to get my sim replaced. My phone is in the name of my husband. When I went to the showroom as advised by the customer care official, they said they need the customer who’s name is registered.
