    @airtelindia Quality & Quantity network is quite low even call disconnects due to non availability of singals Requested several times to the concerned consumter care office but all in vain. NO 4G and even 3G everywhere

    India's No. 1 network @Airtel_Presence provides absolutely zero @airtelindia roaming connectivity. I've been struggling without a network all over Bahrain for an entire month now. Who is going to compensate me for this massive service failure and my lost month of roaming?

    @Airtel_Presence For the one ending with DFX worst part is two people called me this morning one is Technician and wifi expert and despite mentioning that it's raised incorrectly there were no cancellations @airtelindia @airtel

    "Extremely frustrated with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My Airtel AirFiber has been down more than 20 times in the last 30 days. Despite 3 service visits,the issue persists – it works for a day and stops again. No permanent solution provided yet. Customer ID: 026131280977_wifi

    @airtelindia i want to discontinue my wifi service cause I have got no resolution for more then 4-5 days now and I am getting no support from customer service too tbh I am really done with u guys I will discontinue all the service and port the sim and wifi to different services

    @airtelindia I did not activated International pack but charged in my bill. I went abroad but not used IR. How come please explain. When I had requested it. You help number is repeating same record . No use.

    Hey @airtelindia @airtelnews I would like to register a complaint regarding my Airtel Air Fiber which i had installed a year back. For few months it worked well then after 4-5 months it started troubling me. I faced No signals, freezing of TV channels, suddenly Tv channels disappear and also the IPTV lagged alot. For all above mentioned issues, I contacted your Airtel team at your store present in Koparkhairane, Sector 15, Navi Mumbai. Many technicians visited my house for the same but still I face many of those issues and I am really not satisfied by their work. Now, from past few months I am facing WiFi issue. I have a package of 40 Mbps speed but I still face speed issues while using my WiFi. I also had contacted your team for WiFi issue, after which a technician visited my home and replaced the WiFi router. Even after placing a new equipment, I face the same issue. Additionally, when I contacted your team lately, the person instructed me to switch on and off the router and told that he has done some update or reset from his place but I still see no change. I am really upset with the service and response of your team. I request that the same level of promptness shown in taking action for non-payment be extended to resolving the issue I am currently facing. I am also attaching a screenshot showing my speed of WiFi.
