    @airtelindia Quality & Quantity network is quite low even call disconnects due to non availability of singals Requested several times to the concerned consumter care office but all in vain. NO 4G and even 3G everywhere

    @Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence Thank you Raghav. Interestingly every time I speak to customer care, this is the exact response offered (script?). But no actions have been taken and neither have I received an update ever. Would like to see if @airtelindia can keep its word this time.

    @Airtel_Presence I joined back twitter after over 5 years to raise a complaint that @airtelindia's #customersupport team couldn't resolve in the last 5 months. Endless calls and tickets have been raised but no improvement in network quality. Help me out here!
