    @airtelindia Quality & Quantity network is quite low even call disconnects due to non availability of singals Requested several times to the concerned consumter care office but all in vain. NO 4G and even 3G everywhere

    So @airtelindia replies with this standard steps. No resolution whatsoever. Sorry for the hassle you had to face. We would request you to follow the below settings in the handset for Airtel SIM 1. Flight/Aeroplane mode should be disabled. 2. SIM should be Enabled from handset. 3. Select Network Type as Auto (2G/3G/4G) 4. Select Network/Carrier Manually as Airtel 2G/Airtel 4G. If the issue persists: 1. Reinsert the SIM card (for USIM/Normal SIM). 2. Restart the handset.     @airtelindia My Wi-Fi is down for the last 3 days & despite repeated complaints, there is no resolution. I moved to airtel only last month and surprised at such bad level of service, If my issue is not resolving by 12 pm today I will have no option but to surrender the connection

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia when my plan changed by airtel then for 300 gb rollovwr data they confirmed 20 gb data will be added into your pool now every month 20 gb data added on paper but not in my pool my internet consumption start from 21 gb so please solve issue?? Pathetic

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence hi airtel why my internet is not working since 48 hrs after multiple call now the case is escalated, still team is asking to wait 24hrs what kind of service is this. take 100 rs from me extra but resolve the issue asap.
