@airtelindia Quality & Quantity network is quite low even call disconnects due to non availability of singals Requested several times to the concerned consumter care office but all in vain. NO 4G and even 3G everywhere

@airtelindia is worst company ever when it comes to customer service. Airtel Fiber Broadband services in Etah UP doesn’t even work 20 days in a month and they charge for full month. LOS down all the time. @airtelindia was looting people earlier other network came in market.

@airtelindia Paid 3534 rs in cash to its technical agent who came home and asked to pay in cash to avoid delay in connection. Now he is giving only a date. 2 weeks gone and still waiting. Airtel is hiring fraud person to cheat a common man. To hell wid ur 72 hr promise nd support

Since last two days. I complained on the 14th and a resolution was promised on 15th,12:30 which was further extended by @airtelindia to 15:30 but no one visited and late in the evening an SMS was recieved that your issue has been resolved. (2/3)

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia sim replacement cost 25rs , so no home delivery service. But new connection cost minimum 299 , so they offer home delivery service. This is how Airtel does business. Existing Cm left with no resolution. New Cm acquired with vip home delivery service. Kya baat

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I've applied for a new connection of Airtel Black a week ago and your representative replied that it'll take 2 days for dth and 5 days for fiber, but still no response after repeatedly following up with your customer service. Very bad service.
