    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel takes 22+ hrs to fix an issue in a tier 2 city like Bangalore. Why could not it been fix today? Such a shame! As always, i am unable to talk to a customer care analyst. Surely not providing happy code tomorrow, for which engineer gonna crib.

    @airtelindia I’ve raised a broadband shifting request 3 days back and it was done today after multiple followups. However it isn’t activated and cant use it dsl numb: 04010258013_dsl. Cust care is useless. Pls help asap else I’ll just shift to other isp

    @airtelindia My xtreamfiber broadband is not working since morning. Urgently raised SR but technician closed it without even visiting me. As per last SR, resolution was promised before 5.30 pm but no action yet. Very unprofessional from Airtel's side. Escalation matrix required.
