In 2020 switched to Airtel but after being fed up with very poor network quality and lack of response to complaints finally resolved the issue myself. Yes port out. Of course one customer does not matter to you but hope it's only an exception @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

@GargiRawat @airtelindia The problem now is we have a duopoly and customer can go to hell. Their staff at the outlet are rude and clearly untrained. They are upset because you disturb them watching whatever…
