    @airtelindia Quality & Quantity network is quite low even call disconnects due to non availability of singals Requested several times to the concerned consumter care office but all in vain. NO 4G and even 3G everywhere

    @JioCare Jio is ready to help me port instantly, but Airtel is still checking my data issue for days. I’ve done a yearly recharge valid till Oct 2026, and this is the level of support? No clarity, no resolution just delays. This is exactly how you push loyal users to switch. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Wifi network connectivity issue compilant was raised yesterday and it should be resolved on May 5th 6.30 PM as per the SLA but still no one reaching my home and resolve the issue May I know what's the purpose of raise the ticket and set the SLA?

    Airtel Airfiber ID 02222962504_wifi. - Useless Speed capped at 1.5-6 mbps. (Taloja, Mumbai) Wifi issue remains unresolved. No engineer visit. Last month has to change SIM. Being harassed with false promises for around 1 month now. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia Can you help me porting the connection or getting a new connection as It seems I am dealing with @JioCare the most incompetent force of service providers who can't solve a simple issue of network and ask for new connection.Just feed up with their generic assurance.

    @airtelindia hello..we have relocated in same city ..and we requested for wifi relocation as well. we are Airtel Black customer and pathetic service you are providing. Your technical engineer came and asking us to arrange own technician for wiring
