@airtelindia Quality & Quantity network is quite low even call disconnects due to non availability of singals Requested several times to the concerned consumter care office but all in vain. NO 4G and even 3G everywhere

@ThatNaimish Faced these issues with @airtelindia myself and been stuck in similar situations desperate for internet. As much as I hate Vodafone network in india, it has the best international roaming I've seen.

Worst customer care They don't find any resolution While calling again n again they mute your call and leave you for waiting and finally after 10 mints u will end ur call Pathetic service making fool. They don't have data of December month recharge @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

You know the fact that @airtelindia hasn’t helped resolve my issue is separate. Their customer support has light you. 1. Sir, you need to activate International roaming. (Dude the thing stopped working mid trip, it means it was working, it means IR is active)

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia In midnight no network in all mobile. And when reached to customer care using Jio gets a response we can help only in morning. When raised issue on thanks app it says wil be resolved in 15 days. Anyone who don't have alternate number what he wil do
