    The toll free is awful, regional office is awful. Have to cut rounds of the office numerous times just because the internet doesn’t work. Customers don’t matter to them. Porting out instantly. Please do not choose @airtelindia , opt for any other company. @Airtel_Presence #airtel

    @ACTFibernet the service is getting down every Sunday at my residential society. Is there a particular reason for this repetitive issues? @airtelindia can you look into getting fiber services at DSR Elite, Mahadevpura?

    @shaw_support @airtelindia @shawacademy I had it done before I twitted this. Kindly, Check your DM. And I have seen so many people sharing their stories about how your customer care calls them on the pretext of solving issues but as soon they hung up, they end up getting charged for toolkits they never asked for.

    @airtelindia according to them they have digitalized India in past 25 years.But they were not able to solve my connection issues from last 1 year. After several calls, complaints through airtel thanks app, still facing the issue of internet and call connections throughout Mumbai
