Dear @airtelindia, my sister 'bought a sim 6 years ago and has been using it ever since. Suddenly it says 'sim crashed'. And now your customer care people want us to 'buy' a new sim since they don't know what's the problem. What??

@Airtel_Presence Issue solved So @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia discontinued SMS services on limited packs ? Why ? Are u forcing users to upgrade to 4g even if they're unable to purchase a smartphone ? SMS services will be available only on unlimited packs ? This is totally unacceptable

Pathetic service by @airtelindia broadband team. Shifting request - 134752060 was raised on 29th for 31st July but not even single call received and customer care keep escalating it everytime I reach out to them. Airtel is different than hathway

Two days ago i got new @airtelindia dth connection, i specifically asked for some channels and was told that i will get it in 290rs pack, but didn't got them. After calling 3 times still no answer from customer care. #fraud #disappointed #airteldoesnotcare
