@airtelindia Quality & Quantity network is quite low even call disconnects due to non availability of singals Requested several times to the concerned consumter care office but all in vain. NO 4G and even 3G everywhere

After more than 2 hours finally @airtelindia network is showing up. I had 2G connection so I called up customer care and he had to scare me by saying my all SIMs are bad. Why they can’t say straight if they have issue? Isn’t this bad example? #AirtelDown #Airtel4G #AirtelService

@airtelindia ..continued I have been regularly making calls on 121 ,customer care executives have been raising requests, they always commit that problem will be fixed within next 4 hours but nothing has been done from the last 5 days.

@airtelindia I recharged for 1 yr plan of 200 mbps plan for Airtel fiber but I got 40mbps plan. I have reached out to support multiple times and all the times they feed me lies. I have been facing billing issues from along time and no one helps me kindly help. @consaff plz help
