I have added 8000 rs to my Airtel wallet ,transaction successful money debited but not credited in airtel wallet then i add 2000 and faced same issue .It is now 2 days i didn't get my refund,no reply from customer care on mail. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Pls provide me refund

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia my alternate number is wrongly updated by you and on top of it you are not changing it for last 8 days despite my repeated requests, reminders through different modes. Pathetic service. This should have been taken seriously.
