    Three months ago called 121 filed complaint against call drop and internet and then "hum apki complaint higher-end ko transfer kar rahai within 15 days apke complaint hal ke jayege" @airtelindia @reliancejio

    @airtelindia I have raised multiple complaints abt Internet issue with ur support team n they take 15 working days n end up with '0' results. Is this how u work on solving cx problems? I tried at different places but no proper network n simply paying bills monthly. I hd vry bad experience.

    @airtelindia U guys are only focused on increasing plan price..what a pathetic experience . Since last two months I m suffering with inrernet issue,I hv complained various time but still problem is as it is.Very dissappointing
