Tag the worst customer experience you've ever had. Mine has been with @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia and the pain is ongoing as yet. Probably Airtel is the epitome of bad customer service. But maybe there are others in the league

@mayuganapatye @airtelindia +2 Both my father and I are facing problems like we are in 2000s. My outgoing calls give me a beep sound for at least 5 seconds before actually ringing. My father’s internet does not work in and around home (which is similar to the areas you mentioned)

@airtelindia @TRAI I had requested a sim swap as my sim stopped working and bought a new sim from Airtel store. New sim was supposed to work within four hours but it is not working & I get to after 30 hrs that store exec has not raised the req and pocketed ₹50
