    @airtelindia network issue from last 2 weeks. For any emergencies we can't call anyone. What is the use of this 5G/4G service when there is no network.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence why is it so difficult to reach out to your customer care over a call? None of the numbers seem to be working. The IVR just repeats useless options and not taking us to the executives. What's wrong with you guys??

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Today in deciding to port my 10 airtel number after the worst customer service. Before resolving the complaint the customer person wants to close it. They even don't know how to talk with customers, call drop n no Internet.

    Horrible experience with @airtelindia! I've been contacting airtel for relocation of a broadband connection and it has been a nightmare for a simple order ID to be generated. Here are a few things you can work upon for a better customer experience:

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence whats wrong with ur services now. Broadband is down almost everyday now, sim networks goes down with it too. You are making me think to switch to tata fiber looking at ur poor internet services as i WFH!! FIX YOU POOR SERVICES!!
