    @airtelindia Worst telecom company. They never respect their customers. Although, their employees are uneducated. First they take money for service and then give it back after weeks by saying sorry. No doubt, being a new company why JIO is progressing day by day. You don't deserve this Airtel

    @JioCare @DoT_India @TRAI Jio ‘s special team who is literally pro in doing nothing,network is so weak tht one can’t call from indoors.Finally its time to shift to another network @airtelindia don’t reply me for dm or etc. either resolve this thing or confess

    @airtelindia Raised a request for relocation of my D2H 5 days ago. Haven't got any proper response nor getting any visibility by when it'll be closed. Ridiculous customer service and adding salt to injury is the response I receive from the BOT. Frustrated

    Shocking poor customer care at @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence first you have fraudulently changed my broadband plan without my consent and now despite requesting for > 1 month it has not been changed back. In fact your own customer care told me to use @reliancejio instead.

    @airtelindia bitter experience with airtel wrt additional charges wet airtel postpaidno 9844111727. Inspite of being promised, have not got reversal of charges even after 4 months. Never expected such unprofessional and unethical practice from such a reputed company
