    @airtelindia Worst telecom company. They never respect their customers. Although, their employees are uneducated. First they take money for service and then give it back after weeks by saying sorry. No doubt, being a new company why JIO is progressing day by day. You don't deserve this Airtel

    Very bad experience with @airtelindia abt broadband (xtream) service. Despite 8 calls to service in 4 days internet issue is not resolved. Moreover no one bothers to call back for service. All we get is standard answers and false promises.

    @airtelindia has to be absolute worst customer care.I choose English in the IVR & I'm connected to a Hindi speaking person,when I request the operator that I had chosen English in the IVR, he connects me to a Bengali speaking operator. 😵‍💫

    @airtelindia your app doesn't show any option to downgrade my broadband plan from 100 mbps to 40 mbps. Neither able to talk to any executive of yours on your customer care no. How to do this? Isn't this pathetic service? I want the solution to do this, please help me with this.

    Stay away from Airtel. Worst services ever. Unprofessional staff and fraudsters. They will charge you heavy amounts and promise subscriptions but when you recharge they don't provide any subscription. Fake fake fake @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Before payment:As soon as I enquired for Xstream connection I started getting repeated calls from the team.Guy came to my location within an hour.Due to some issue I was asked to wait one day. After payment:Nobody came & nobody answering the phone. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
