    @airtelindia #poorcustomerservice #switchtojio given no one has even bothered to look into this, I guess it’s ok to say airtel does not care about service anymore… after more than a decade, I’ll dump airtel now and move to jio. Thx for not helping

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia very unhappy to state that the broadband isn’t meeting expectations in small cities like my hometown.Every week have to register complaint for line problems which take 2-3 days to resolve and then again line damages in 5-6 days.May be a thorough analysis needed

    @elonmusk please buy @airtelindia so that they can fix issue. My fiber is getting down again nd again na and its 3rd time in this week. I have really some urgent meetings. There were various options but i choosed @airtelindia but i regret.😡
