    @airtelindia 29th july we can install in 2 days, plz make 3 months advance payment. Payment done. 3rd Aug:- tecnical issue we are working on it install before 9th Aug. 6th Aug:- Area not feasible processing refund. Mental harassment level high, follow-up done more than 40 times.

    @Airtel_Presence This TAT i have been giving for last 7 days in a row and the internet services are down for more than 20 days on and off. I want my money back, would happy to switch to better network provider since I can’t afford to go offline.@airtelindia @VittalGopal

    @airtelindia have mailed for internet not working and it is now 2 days but no one has registered complaint neither through app or website it is helping out. Is this way you are serving your customers???

    @airtelindia, @Airtel_Presence: This is 3rd time and back to back 3rd month that i haven't received the bill on my registered email id.  Yesterday i called the Airtel customer care and as usual this time also a promise was made that with in 30 mins i will get the bill.

    @18viniSingh @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence First the calls donot connect, if they do there are no proper option to register complain,if complain is registered they provide extension time n extension n extension n one day/night at awkward time the sms will come ur complaint has be resolved,I feel ur pain and anger vinay.
