    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Wtf is wrong with the internet today. I can only get 3g network today. Please fix this issue as soon as possible. I have added the location to the tweet.... The tower is named Selaqui on my Airtel app.I also experience low download speed at times.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia such a shame on your network it’s been 4 weeks and you guy’s are not fixing it. I raised alot if complaints but there is no fixed issue. Your internet is such a worest network. I want to port to jio . Jio is 100x far better then your network provider

    Though the order was showing payment failed, @airtelindia did add the charge to the post bill. I asked customer support to revise the bill multiple times and file a complaint to remove the extra charges.

    Then after two days a person (from @airtelindia support) came on the phone and told me that I have solved your problem. I asked how? Then he told me that I have activated your Zee5 subscription on 26th July.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Considering the relationship I already have with you guys, placed an order for Fastag on 17 JUNE. Not delivered yet, not even shipped. Customer care has no clue. Frustrated booked a Fastag via @Paytm delivered in 1.5 DAYS (yes, one and a half days)!!

    He told me that this is @airtelindia policy, this charge cannot be removed, you have to pay. I was really surprised to hear such a word. @airtelindia promises to his customer satisfaction, VIP service. I had a very bad experience with @airtelindia.

    Very pathetic service by Airtel. Requested change in ownership of two postpaid numbers with same docs., 1 is done another is getting rejected again and again. Rude behaviour of customer service people from Airtel. Consumer forum is always open. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
