  Update from an Airtel Black customer: Today I learned that the most difficult part of customer support isn’t fixing the issue… It’s successfully registering a complaint.   @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia worst customer support. One of the biggest service provider in India but very poor customer support. 1. Waiting for plan upgrade for 3 days 2. When I call 198 and want to select WiFi option 2 but why you are forcing me to listen all options.
