    I demand refund of the 100 rs taken by your engineer today. When I asked and they told me that it is free of cost then when he took it. And he asked 350 for the remote. And I want the remote as well @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence close all the accounts of mine if you cannot help.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence bought a fiber connection a month ago. Since then it goes down everyday for some hours. Continous disruption in services. Every night it goes down atleast 2-3 times. I'm stationed at Dehradun. Is this Airtel Xstream fibre quality? Need resolutionASAP

    Dear @airtelindia like you take followups for your pending bills using phone calls from your executives then for Customer Service why you dnt allow to connect with call center and divert us on Chat Bots.Which is more harrasment rather than support.     @airtelindia few days bk I had registered a complaint. The caller's voice was disruptive. Such a simple complaint! Now SMS says that you were still working on it! I didn't know that it was such a critical issue that can't be resolved in a day or two! Or was it inefficient system

    @airtelindia pls help me out with an urgent query, I applied for wi-fi connection and paid 1500 for installation on 2nd May 26. Since then not a single person has arrived to install & since then I am only getting promises. This is not it was supposed to start atleast. Just refund

    @airtelindia Your customer service is pathetic. It's so bad that even bsnl started looking better. Few days back, I lost my phone. 15 days & 7 sims later, I still don't have an active number. It's my 15 y/o no. and your backend staff is just useless. #airtel_sucks

    @airtelindia I applied for Airtel Xstream Fiber. The installation person asked for my location, but now they keep saying “we’ll come tomorrow” again and again. If there are so many issues during installation, I’m worried about what will happen later

    @airtelindia Rechrged with 598 plan and I am yet to receive any OTT benefits as promised - Netflix, Hotstar, Xtsream premium etc. Why such pathetic service that I need to tweet to get the job done which should have been done automatically?
