    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Hi, facing continuous issues with WiFi since yesterday, it was resolved on call yesterday through technical support but not getting solved today with same troubleshoots. Also a complaint can’t be logged through #AirtelThanksApp as WiFi isn’t working.

    @airtelindia - let’s say you can’t work without Internet, but unfortunately if your service provider is Airtel 😩?? You will not be able to get ahead in life, it is sad 😞, Airtel service in Kaligod, Dehradun is really bad 👎🏻

    @airtelindia I have been trying to get fiber broadband for the past 30 days.Even I have applied for connection more than 4 times but i only got call once. They told that technician will contact me but no one. If your service is not available in my area you can atleast send a SMS.

    I am a airtel user,I recharged about rs1500 in April2020., it was having 365days validity& today I m not able to call or text. And you don't even showing me my last 5 transaction history so that I can cross check it&ask it on customer care @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Xtreme fiber service is down since yesterday. More than 24hrs elapsed. Any idea when will it get restored? Work activities are getting hampered. Ticket already logged but doesn’t seem to help. It shows ongoing outage and keeps getting extended.

    Reentry I ordered one UPS from @airtelindia Thanks App on 30th June it never got installed I waited for 4 days and then customer care Executive informed me that UPS is out of stock so we are canceling my order and refund back my money to original payment method.

    There is a mobile tower in our village, but the network drops as soon as the power goes out. There were no issues when the tower operated on DC power, which is why we are having to switch to a different network provider. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews
